Bad care

Very difficult communication with the management of this hotel, in addition to the delay in serving and returning. I lost 4 daily paid for, unforeseen in my schedule, even having warned a few days before, a new reschedule was not granted to me.
I was injured by having to cancel the flight and still with the diaries for 2 people. I travel a lot and I have had contact with many hotels and never to the point that there is no understanding. I do not advise you to risk booking at this hotel. Once they receive, they ignore our requests.

I didn't feel comfortable with the treatment of some employees

The hotel is cute, has all the comforts, except the Gym, highlighted the attention of Fagne and Teresa in charge of fixing us, the room always friendly and gentle, there are other employees in the hotel who have very bad attention to the guest, there was one mainly in reception who laughed at me in my face, when I requested a mirror that in my room had it. And then he kept teasing. When I asked for towels for the Pool, he refused them, laughed and then gave them to me.
We traveled as a family and my children are used to eating the milk every night, it was quite a theme to get hot water, every time I needed we were charged, and we did not give us a good way, one night we were sent to another hotel, order and the other hotel, we were sent back to ours.
