Great room and location

The rooms we had were spacious, clean and comfortable but I say rooms (not room) because we were first of all given one on the 8th floor which was nice but had no wifi access.
After some discussion the friendly staff rectified the issue for us by moving us to a lower floor.
Even though these are apartments the bilingual reception staff will kindly assist with any queries and store your luggage until you depart.

Good but it depends on the unit you choose

Hotel style apart, no breakfast included and without all the amenities of a standard hotel. Building a little old but the interior of the unit was reformed and with good conditions, price is salty but standard Brasília. It offers amenities to be purchased inside the building, such as snacks and meals. For each unit having different owner the rooms may be in different conditions attention to this!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Structure is horrible!!! Starting with the bathroom in the room, soooo old, towels smelled like cockroaches, and I was even charged for new towels. The curtain doesn't cut out even 60% of the lighting, the minibar is falling apart because it's so old. Room without intercom, we have to monitor the delivery to get down. Breakfast is disappointing!!! And finally, unprepared and rude employees.

Péssimo! Banheiro entupido, televisão não funcionava, cortina imunda ( sangue) paguei com café da manhã e não tinha, além do péssimo atendimento. A experiência foi muito ruim e pretendo não voltar nunca mais.

Instalações Precárias, atendimento muito ruim!

Reservei esse hotel para meu filho e minha nora que voltavam da Chapada, cansados tiveram que se submeter a banheiro entupido, porta emperrada, roupas de camas rasgadas, banheiro sujo. Solicitaram um apartamento adequado, ignoraram nossas reclamações, foram embora para um outro hotel , tento meu dinheiro de volta, não recomendo a ninguém .
