Decadent and Needing Reform

Hotel is well located and the breakfast is good. Receptionists can't find your reservation, this has happened to me 3 times (pq is the company that booked) because I would not stay in the same hotel if I could choose.
Old and worn towels, but new beds that smell like pork (I don't know if it's used wood), but the fourth gave up nausea. But the harvest is good.
Small old TV and that doesn't get almost any channels in room 1302. In room 502 door emped.
Faxineira didn't pass through my room even leaving the plate to pack. I arrived tired from work with a rough bed, a room chewing even more and the towels still dirty. This pq this morning I spoke with the accommodation agent who was in the lobby and I report the bad smell etc.
Bad management, decaying structure.
Another bad stay.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Visit to Belém

Good location, nearby airport (5km). Good neighborhood. I found the hotel poorly cared for, lack of maintenance. Bathroom the door does not close, has no toilet shower, bad towels, good bed.
Median breakfast.
Cold receptionists.

Hotel has more guests than tables for breakfast

For some reason, the breakfast saloon has less tables than the hotel has guests. We had to wait for a table to be vacant, and when it did, it took a while for it to be cleaned. Also, there were no clean forks to be used when we finally could help ourselves from the buffet.

Contributing to the tiredness of visitors

During COP30, the most anticipated event of recent years in the city, the Hangar hotel managed to disappoint its guests. I can't believe he didn't have time to prepare. One of the two elevators broke, and so it remained during the last week of the event.
Each room could have only one key card, because when one was magnetized the other, automatically, was no longer worth it. Therefore, you had to always be with your roommate. But the doors also clogged and needed a special 'knock' to be opened.
The blackout curtain was made in the exact size of the window. The clarity entered under it in the face of whoever was in bed. Encourage everyone to wake up early or sleep on the foot of the bed.
The bathroom door was glass, no lock.
Anyway, I hope they improve for the next visit. Mine, they won't get any more.
