A fine business stay

I stayed here for two nights while in Bebedouro on business. The hotel is nice looking on the inside, almost with a bit of an older, classic feel to it (don't know why, and it's also not that old). The room I was given, 272, had a double bed and two singles across the width of the room, which was unnecessary but perhaps there are other layouts that trade the extra beds for a larger desk area. Has a stocked minifridge in the room. The white fluorescent lights here are particularly soul-sucking; however, this type of lighting is common in low and midrange hotels in Brazil. The shower itself is large, which is nice.
The WiFi system is a bit antiquated - very slow access, and instead of one unified network, every router in the hotel has it's own network ID, so as you move throughout the building you'll have to reconnect. I did not try the outdoor pool, but the included breakfast is ok. It has more dessert-type options (various fruit breads and cakes) as compared to savory options, so I was left a little wanting in that department.
The staff is nice. One strange thing to note is that there is only one copy of your room key, so if you want your room cleaned when you leave for the day, you must leave your key with the front desk.
I would stay here again.

Business travel

The hotel is well located, close to the city entrance and opposite the bus station. The breakfast is well served. It has a good structure, however the rooms could be better, the air conditioning is window air conditioning, not very efficient and very noisy. The bed has thin mattresses and this is a bit disturbing.

Okay hotel across from the bus station

The room numbering system is quite confusing and if you have room like 248' you will be on the first level instead of the second. In my room I found my chair was in poor condition as the leg screws had come undone. The chair was replaced but they are just straight wood chairs and not very comfortable for prolonged work on the computer. The beds were not very comfortable. There was no hot water faucet on the bathroom sink, only cold, which I found odd. The shower had a electric heating element on it and sometimes it would just stop. There was no gym but they did have a pleasent looking pool. During my stay I never saw anyone swim in it, possibly because of the vegetation in the bottom. On the plus side, the management was very nice, especially Ricardo who used to work on Royal Carribean Cruise lines. He tried to attend to my every need and even gave me his number if I got lost in the city so he could come pick me up. The breakfast was quite large with mostly dessert breads, some fruit, cereal, breads, cheese/ham, eggs, and other items. On the last day there were many fruit flies around the fruit, but other wise it was fine.

Fair value for money

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast, nice pool, can even be used at night. No bar services at the pool. Reasonable WIFI. Have to bring your drinks from the minibar in your room. Reasonable value for money. Would come back here again.

Precisa melhorar

Hotel antigo, mas reformado, mas precisa melhorar muito. Televisão é impossível assistir pois todos os canais são chuviscados.
No banheiro não há local para pendurar toalhas, não tinha papel higiênico.
