Bad experience
And the experience of the staff
Specifically from an Argentine who attends reception, it was lousy.
I had two big drawbacks about your attitude and superbness
But the situation that worried me the most was that someone came into our room while we were sleeping, when we got up we noticed some towels. When we reclaimed this gentleman, we didn't care.
We reclaimed and kept downplaying the fact that someone entered without knocking on the door while we were inside
And I justify it by saying we didn't worry that it was a woman who came in to leave some towels.
(Being that we already had clean towels). Without understanding that it is not right that any person from the hotel should enter a room without knocking on the door and more invading our privacy and vulnerability.
Yet another thing, my younger sister traveled with a migration permit that authorizes her to travel alone to any country in the world.
He wouldn't let us in because he said he had to have a special permit to enter that hotel.
He explained to her that he scanned the QR that directed him to the migration page and there was all the info, and he kept insisting that he could not enter, being that we had already stayed in 2 hotels before this, also in Brazil on the same trip
And they had let me into the country with this same permission
At the end a manager appeared and told me if it could happen that that permission was correct and he did not apologize for giving us such a hard time.
It doesn't end there.
I left my iPhone charger on the light table and when I arrived it turns out that they had changed it for another one that was not original and was broken and old.
Not the first time we stayed at geranium
It was the 3rd time in that hotel that I liked and recommended
, and it will be the last one we choose geranium.with personnel like that
I would definitely rather go to any other hotel.

Em relação ao acesso ao quarto, seguimos rigorosamente protocolos de segurança e privacidade. Nossa equipe é orientada a sempre anunciar a entrada antes de qualquer acesso, e o ocorrido citado refere-se a um procedimento de reposição de enxoval realizado por colaboradora identificada. De toda forma, reforçamos internamente nossos padrões para evitar qualquer desconforto.
Sobre o atendimento na recepção, prezamos pelo respeito e profissionalismo em todas as interações. Quanto à documentação apresentada, seguimos as normas legais vigentes no Brasil para hospedagem de menores de idade, o que pode demandar validações adicionais. Ainda assim, assim que a situação foi verificada pela supervisão, a entrada foi prontamente autorizada conforme a regularidade do documento.
Quanto ao item mencionado (carregador), não recebemos qualquer registro formal durante a estadia que nos permitisse apurar o ocorrido de forma imediata. Ressaltamos que nosso hotel possui procedimentos rigorosos de controle e integridade no serviço de governança.
Valorizamos muito o histórico de sua preferência por nosso hotel e lamentamos que, desta vez, sua percepção tenha sido negativa. Seguimos à disposição para esclarecimentos adicionais por nossos canais oficiais.

O acesso pela recepção é exclusivo para hóspedes, por isso orientamos os visitantes a utilizarem a entrada lateral do restaurante, pela Rua 3.100, que é própria para esse fim.

Beautiful experience
My experience at this hotel was really beautiful. From the first moment I received a warm and very friendly attention from all the staff, Maria and David in the dining room and away at the reception always willing to help and make the stay perfect. The facilities are spotless, the Mood is very pleasant and you rating the dedication in every detail. I leave with the best memories and I would definitely come back. Thank you for making my stay so special!
