Choose carefully...
1) Pousada well located (road parallel to the beach), near the crab promenade we can go on foot to restaurants, barzinhos, forró houses.
2) Good bed, new pillows,
3) Provide towels for beach/pool
4) Highlight for attendees Stefany (I don't know if the graphic is correct), always very friendly, attentive, solicitory and resolute, besides André.
5) In the afternoon around 16:30 there is a small afternoon coffee
* Negative points*
1) Breakfast place is tiny. The surplus of guests is in a corridor, under the stairs.
2) Normal coffee, with daily cakes well capricious but the salty breads are dry.
3) As most of us left early for tours, around 6:30, the release of coffee from 6:20 is well above the arrival time of the tour companies.
4) Swimming pool “cooled” at the reception, without loungers and with ZERO privacy.
5) Bathroom without ventilation
6) Very small rooms and with a scraper that fits only one suitcase. The other one was on the ground.
7) Who stay on the second floor has to carry the suitcase through the stairs.
8) There was an inner hallway next to the room window on the ground floor and we stayed all the time with “blackout” closed because I saw a man pass in the hallway.
9) There was no drying space for beach clothes
10) There is only HUM dryer for the entire guesthouse and one can enjoy for 60 min.
11) There are no interphones in the rooms and qq problem one has to go personally to the reception.
12) The q most bothered me was the QUESIT CLEAN. My husband dropped the lid of a medicine and rolled under the bed. When I dropped down to catch, I found out why my rhinitis was attacked. For a long time they haven't swept under the bed. Although I complained twice, it remained the same: extremely dirty!
13) The bathroom was not washed during the 8 days we were there. They passed the MOP and played disinfectant. The floor was roasted the day I wiped the floor with the same.
14) Manager Clivia very attentive but have to improve a lot because there were hotels with similar value and facilities well superior because I was in 2 places that I found great! But since I had already paid in Encantare, I had to “conformare” kkkk
15) They do not have parking, but 3 places in the street, in a retreat from the sidewalk.
