Descanso comer bem e relax total
Maravilhosa, limpa, bem cuidada, comida muito boa, cerveja gelada, tem caiaques, o mar com água morna e limpa. Piscina grande bem decorada, hidromassagem perfeita, com água quente. O Giuseppe é o dono e está sempre atento a tudo, inclusive é quem prepara a comida no jantar.

Frustrating

I would like to file a complaint about my Easter stay (Friday to Monday) at your accommodation:
1. Access blocked
On arrival, the street was blocked by a car that took about 10 minutes to be removed. He later learned that the vehicle belonged to a friend of the employees, who was waiting at the reception while talking about “a neighbor’s threat” against the establishment.
2. Long and unorganized check-in
It took us 30 minutes to check-in because the reception staff was nervous and unoriented: they didn’t know our room and there was no parking space available for my car or for another family vehicle. We were then forced to park in the wheel of a resident “neighborhood” in a street without surveillance and completely deserted.
3. Incomplete information about the guest building
We discovered only on site that the rooms are in a building in front of the guest house, accessible by several staircases — information that is not included in any advertisement. This was especially difficult because we were with a small child, and several bags.
4. Internal access difficulty
The doors of the reception and the staircase corridor required a password at every entrance and exit, which complicated our movement even more, mainly because we were in bikini after activities on the beach, circulating on a dark street and having to take rain often.
5. Inadequate care
In particular, the nurse with short and colored hair commented in English in a pejorative way about my family, believing that I would not understand what she was saying, as an example said “room 10 is the worst, and laughed at her colleague” (room 10 was my family’s)
6. Conditions of the rooms
• There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom.
• My family's room had a swing
shared with another apartment, without any prior notice.
• The air conditioner had no individual control: we had to go down and up the stairs several times during the night to reverse the device and the remote control.
Dirty and with various cockroaches shared kitchen area
Bathroom of the common area with sensual images of women with breasts almost show, in a place that circulated children.
In addition, at the check-in the attendant suggested that we cancel the reservation via the booking platform and close directly with them, so we would receive a discount of 170,00 (taxes on booking service delivery)
What should have been a pleasant family holiday has become an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience.

Disappointing
Disappointing! The place is beautiful, but it looks like it was abandoned by the owner and the reception and administration staff don't know what to do! I would like to thank the cleaning staff and the bar manager who were very attentive.
It is a place where the power goes out frequently, due to many trees close to the electricity grid and the hotel does not have a power generator. My boyfriend and I spent the whole night without light, without air conditioning in the desperate heat, in addition to taking a cold shower to leave in the afternoon; because the power went out at 10 pm and by 5 pm the next day it still hadn't come back on. They charge extra fees for everything you want to do there, the employees simply say that they are rules. They charge a very high price and have no hotel structure. I do not recommend!

Decepcionante
Fiquei muito decepcionada.. pelo preço cobrado, esperava muito mais. A casa está abandonada. Vidros quebrados, sofás sujos, espreguiçadeiras quebradas. Fora que o serviço deixa muuuito a desejar. Se vc considerar que além do valor alto da diária, vc precisa pagar R$ 10,00 cada vez que precisa trocar uma toalha de piscina, é de chorar… uma pena…

Bem agradável!
É uma pousada residência, estilo diferente de hospedar. Ficamos em quarto confortável mas nem tanto devido pela manhã ter claridade pois tem partes de vidro. O proprietário um italiano muito bacana, fez uma massa deliciosa(cuidado pois não perguntamos o valor, quando fomos pagar foi bem mais alto do que esperava). Você pode usar a parte de churrasco para fazer com a família beira mar, uma delícia.
