Fantastic 10 night stay

Very large, comfortable hotel. First of all thank you to the wonderful staff, who always had a smile and so helpful. Large room, with both a shower and bath. Beautiful swimming pool that I used every day! Good gym. Restaurant on site and room service. Enjoyed breakfast every day. Great location for getting around. Definitely recommend.

Journey to Yangon

It is easily accessible from downtown, but the rooms are dark and unfresh. Portable air conditioners are noisy. Breakfast is bad a la carte. The front desk staff emphasizes the male manager, who is an attractive and slightly Japanese slave. He helps me with transportation and great places. The lobby is very hot, there is no central air conditioning, the carpet smells of mold, the lobby housekeeper is not polite, the bad manners of a black Indian man without greetings. The security guard helped me carry my luggage for the early morning departure. Noriaki

Would have given them at least 4 stars overall but my 15 nights stay was somewhat miserable. Myanmar gets very hot and humid most times. During my stay the building AC was not working pretty much throughout my stay. Walked in and it felt like it was steaming hot. Good thing my room had backup AC unit but that barely cool the room. Laundry was ridiculously priced for a piece of clothing like pant or shirt it was $2-3 which is absurd. However, front desk customer service was pleasant. Until the building AC unit is fixed, I do not recommend.

Unique building structure and friendly FO staff

Everything was fine while staying in hotel. I something notice is the building structure of hotel is unique among the Yangon Hotel. It really impressive also FO staff are friendly, kind and sweet but I don't like portable air con in the room it shouldn't have been that in like this hotel also don't like breakfast.

The staff really make this hotel the amazing place it is

Besides the incredible facilities, what really stands out to me about this hotel is the staff. They are beyond amazing and are so professional! Their hospitality and the continuous times that they go above and beyond for their hotel guests is a testament to their incredible work ethic. I booked the room with the free breakfast every morning and the staff (chefs, waiters, and waitresses) on the first floor are exceptionally great! The chef would even come to talk to you about the meal and thay was such a great touch! The staff in the hotel lobby (including the doormen) and also all of security at the front of the hotel are so friendly and welcoming. The duty manager (Nyein) is one of the best I have seen in the hotels I've been to worldwide because she really cares about the hotel guests and checks in with you and you're well-being. She helped with putting an ironing board and an iron for the room which was a really nice addition that I needed. When there was a slight misunderstanding (which was quickly and promptly rectified), she made sure to fix the issue with assorted fruits, juice and a complimentary meal that came with dessert, which she personally arranged and brought to the room. The women at the reception were amazingly friendly and welcoming everytime I went up and down to the room. The food is exceptional, the staff should be applauded and the swimming pool.....fantastic! Again I say......The staff ❤️
