Good place for Relax and Business

I recommend to go this residenc,it is convenient for who will stay for long stay or short stay .Quiet ,Clean and feels like home.I like that the fridge is big enough .I will come back.I stay at one Bed Room suit that is bed room living room and dinning &Kitchen area.

Professional, personal, a home away from home

This was the second time in 4 months I stayed here and they indicated that in the welcome letter by welcoming me back again. It's a small boutique hotel with great service and quality and excellent facilities in a lovely and central neighbourhood. I feel I am just lucky to have found it and will definitely spend any other trip in this lovely gem.

Great service apartments - but expensive

The building is an "up and coming" part of Yangon, I've added some photos of the exterior views so you can see what that means - walls with climbing plants and black mould, corrugated iron roofs with trees growing through them, etc. - but inside you could - almost - be in Singapore or Hong Kong, the apartments are new and modern. The colour scheme is a bit too cool black and white, but it doesn't matter because everything works very well. There is a nice and reasonably priced cafe on the 2nd floor and a gym on the 7th floor with views directly over Shwedagon Pagoda, which is great. There's also an outdoor rentable space on the 7th floor which I haven't used yet. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is conveniently - basically between the airport and downtown, about 20 minutes drive to downtown on a good day. Overall excellent, the only downside being the cost, which is as you would expect, expensive. Still, cheaper than a hotel if you are staying for a month or so, and a much better experience.

Top quality serviced apartments. Highly recommended

Situated in the heart of Yangon, Residence@26 is a smart, newly completed and fully serviced apartment complex.
The facilities, furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard throughout. Each apartment is fully self-contained and includes king size bed(s), a kitchen and dining area and the larger apartments have en-suite bathrooms: Wi-Fi and air conditioning are standard.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Apartments are cleaned daily, and a laundry service is available if required. On the upper ground floor there is a laundry room for the more energetic resident. On the top floor there is a well-equipped gymnasium which, with floor to ceiling windows, offers spectacular panoramic views over Yangon. The world famous Shwedagon Pagoda is within walking distance and readily seen.
A further advantage of Residence@26 is that it has also has a restaurant which is available to guests and non-guests alike. All dishes are made to order by the Italian chef and sous chef using fresh ingredients: all are highly recommended.
Having stayed in Residence@26 on three separate occasions I have yet to find fault with the place. In essence I consider it to be home from home and have no hesitation in highly recommending it to others. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Lesiure trip

Probably the best Value for money place in town.
Fast internet(Fibre optic),nice Gym,value for money feast and cost,good location.
Close to major shopping centre Dagon centre, restaurants.
Service A+.
