The very best location and service
Perfect 4 nites here. Only flaw, water in shower doesn’t drain fully-gathers up to toes not quite ankles. I hate this. Why don’t maids check this each time?
Otherwise, very nice! Trouble with food poisoning with Nicoise salad on first night, it happens, they were very sweet and comped my meal.
A/c perfect, breakfast heavenly! We shall return to Hilton, always a pleasure. Thank you for service in these tough times.

Great location, poor service
It’s on the edge of old town, arrived the hotel around dinner time and asked chief concierge’s recommendation for restaurant, and it’s a really bad one, maybe only target tourists. Shared our comments with him after we return to the hotel, he showed no care!
Moved to our room, an opened mineral water together with another new one. Called receptionist and was said no complimentary water provided as we are just normal HH guests, but they still so kind to pick up the water and replace a new one. No apology~
This is a disappointing one!

Fabulous location for a city break
Very good location. I arrived very early before check in time to drop my bags, the super friendly receptionist was happy to tell me my room was ready - very welcome after an early start / journey. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. Lovely big bathroom. I could have done with more coffee /milk in the room but I’m sure if I had asked they would have provided it - I didn’t ask so that’s on me. My room overlooked the road but there was no noise. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The best location in Antwerp
The best hotel location in Antwerp. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Very quiet at night. Fabulous breakfast. Could not have been better

Overpriced rooms in urgent need of renovation
A disappointing experience, not what we expected from a luxury brand like Hilton. Our room at the far end of a long corridor with a view of a decaying building across the street looked old and outdated like it hadn't been updated since this hotel opened in 1993 : scratched and chipped furniture, an oxidized standing lamp with a crooked shade that turned on by itself in the middle of the night (!), a sagging mattress, a small shower with a faucet that went from steaming hot to ice cold if you turned the handle one millimeter, etc...
Furthermore I was signed up for the Hilton Honors loyalty program during check-in without mentioning that to me or asking for authorization, which is a clear violation of European data protection laws. By the time I arrived in our room I had already received two e-mails, thanking me for joining Hilton Honors and providing me with an account number and a temporary password. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk later on, she said that this was necessary to have access to "better internet" (?) and to just ignore the e-mails. Over the next weeks I was bombarded almost daily with Hilton Honors advertising e-mails even though I requested my account to be deleted. What took 15 minutes to set up took 6 weeks and a complaint filed with the Hilton Data Protection Office to finally be resolved.
In all the only real positive for this hotel is its location but I'm sure there are better options nearby, certainly for $400+ a night we paid.
