New built hotel and cottage complex is a good option for family stay. Good facilities and dining.
Good venue (Hotel rooms and Cottages) for family stay, good facilities, great massage at spa, surprisingly tasty food and dining, wonderful library with chess, PlayStation room for kids. Good service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Terrible service
We were staying in a cottage. The cottage itself is very cozy, however there are moments that need attention: the ceiling is cracked in places, the plumbing looks rather flimsy.
Very much liked the swimming pool - convenient depth division of areas, comfortable for both adults and children. However, pool towels are often not available.
Breakfast, unfortunately, was rather meagre. By half past 10, there are practically no hot dishes left, and they are not replenished.
But it was the service that left the most unpleasant impression.
On the first evening, we were unable to have a proper dinner in the restaurant: the waiter did not bring the menu for a long time, and when asked to bring it, he replied rather rudely, explaining that he had only eight menus. If the menu was indeed insufficient, an electronic option could be envisaged.
It was an even more unpleasant situation when leaving. The phone in the cottage was not working, so I had to go to the reception myself and ask for a pilot car to go to the cottage to help get things to the car. I waited about half an hour, but nobody came.
I ended up getting the bags myself and walking to the car. On the way, I saw three employees standing next to the pilot car, just talking to each other. I explained the situation and expressed my displeasure. In response, I was told that no one had given them anything, and they continued to communicate. No one even offered to help with the bags, even though I had a small child with me.
After that, I went back to reception. They told me that "I didn't get the line," even though the pilot car was just idle the whole time. However, I heard no apology for the situation.
In general, the place itself left mixed impressions: we liked the territory, swimming pool and comfort of the cottage, but the attitude of the staff and the organization of the service greatly ruined the holiday.
I really hope that the management will pay attention to the work of the employees, because this kind of treatment of guests is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Otnel ⭐️⭐️⭐️
We arrived on 08/21/2023 with the whole family, there were problems with the reservation, they got mixed up, got confused and didn’t calculate everything correctly. We rented cottage 111 as soon as we entered, we had to leave immediately due to an incomprehensible smell, we didn’t want to blame the cottage and ended up changing it to 133. We settled in and then went to explore We dined on the territory with grief in half, the restaurant is full of flies, terribly not tasty and disgusting service. We returned to the cottage, the strong smell of sewage just fell asleep, The hotel is not suitable for 4 stays, maximum 3 stars and its money per day 279 manats is not worth it. I definitely don’t recommend it and I’ll never come here again.

Family trip
We were in this hotel for autumn holiday. The hotel area is not big, it can be considered as boutique hotel. Hotel building and cottages are new and well designed. Rooms were clean and enough wide. However service was awful. It was the worst service I have ever seen. The girl in reception was so strange and was not eager to help the guests. We arrived at the hotel at 2 oclock, however they gave us room at 15:30 and didnt apologize for such inconvinience. Upon reservation we asked them to give us 2 king beds, since we were 2 couples. Though they confirmed it, when we entered the cottage we were surprised) After our complaint they fixed this problem. The breaksfast was terrible, it should be definietly improved. During check out they gave us other guests' bills claiming that these are our restaurant bills. After we solved this isse with restaurant manager, the boy in reception was not even apologized and threated us that voice recorder is workingç so we should not compalint. If you do not improve service you will lose your clients. I gave 3 stars only for venue and clean room
