I liked this hotel.It's service at the top level for hotels and this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars rating.I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good time in Qabala.This hotel will give you the most convenient conditions for your relax

Large hotel, but shallow and minimal customer service
We just stayed here for a night, in a small room over-looking a courtyard.
The room was a bit cramped, but ok for just a night
We had a meal in the restaurant, which was ok.
The air-conditioning didn't work at all, and we slept with the window open.
The breakfast next morning was below average; lots of bread, but no toaster. Cornflakes, but no milk. Coffee, but no milk. When we inquired, we were told that the milk was over - this was at 8:30 am!. There was a coffee machine where staff were making coffee, but the very rude staff member insisted that 'the milk was over'.
Check-in and check-out were ok. The gentleman at check-out did ask how our stay was; and when I told him about the lack of milk, he didn't seem interested in any further conversation.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, expectations did not match reality
The problem started with the reception of the room we booked turned out to be given to another who checked in 10 minutes before us After that, the kids and I waited 40 minutes in our hands for us to determine the room, then waited another 20 minutes for that room to be cleaned. Eventually, it turned out we were supposed to enter the room at 2:00 p.m., and in fact we weren't able to enter the room until 4:00 p.m. The next room was cleaned not very perfectly in the fridge left left over from past tenants further away We went to the pool for a swim and so on What was normal by evening decided to eat at the restaurant The waiter approached you 20 minutes after I objected that anyone would be suitable to take the order or not Thank God The waiter was good shorter overall impression of the hotel not the best as I think I ruined my day off. The hotel is generally good but the staff and service are terrible.

winter break
hotel is located in a quiet part of town, it is about 1 km from city center, there is a small market across the street.
the hotel is very nice from inside with decorated wooden doors. the rooms are average size, we had junior suite that included a small sitting area at the entrance. the rooms were clean, the furniture a little dated.
one interesting thing was heated floor in the bathroom. there was good supply and pressure in the shower ( there is no tub)
the wifi speed was ok however the signal is very weak.
although a map program will show that there are restaurants with in walking distance, in the winter it is not practical. if you have arranged a car and driver then it is feasible other wise the hotel restaurant and room service are adequate and of good value. as other guests have stated buffet breakfast can have more variety ( there is live egg section)

We must note that we offer wide assortment of food including traditional and international food to your choice. There was less variety at breakfast buffet because of lower occupancy but normally we offer more options at breakfast. Small dirty rooms
The room carpet is dirty. The phone in the room is not working and you can not call reception, no room to room or outside calls. It is only for a decor. Moreover, the bathroom exhaust fan-are not working and all smiles stay in the room.
The bed sheets and cover are small and do not cover both of us. However, they have good heater in the cold weather. The corridor in the room between outside and bed only allow one person due to small size rooms.
The room is not worth the cost requested.
The reception is friendly and hopeful and breakfast is good. Also, the location is great.
If you will chose the hotel please check the room before you check in.
