In Baku for 6 days

Not far from the metro. No more than 15 minutes to the Embankment. Nizami Street is 10 minutes away.
Good service.
Wonderful breakfast - everything is very tasty.
The first time we lived in a 2-story room. The kids really liked it. Kettle, refrigerator, jacuzzi, good extra bed.
Will we stay there again? Necessarily!

Always changing rooms and moving your things without asking...

My review could be so much better. But bad things happened. My room was very clean, sleep was good, AC worked well, breakfast was simple and good, nice design! Only one big problem. They were always changing my room. It wasnt comfortable to always pack and unpack my things when I was paying for one room for whole stay. The biggest problem for me was when I came back after a long day and they told me that they moved my things to different room. Thats not normal! Touching my things without asking. TERRIBLE! This would not happen in civilized country. I dont recommend this hotel.

Indifference at the hotel

We booked the hotel through ozone for a vacation with two children. The hotel wrote that instead of the booked large room they would give two for the same price. Ok, the rooms next to us are fine. The stairs to the top and the meager breakfast did not spoil the impression; we are not capricious. But on the last night, at about one o’clock, I woke up because the hotel was just screaming. The foreigners who arrived shouted in unison, turned on all the music, sang songs and rattled doors. I couldn’t go out because... my things were left in another room and I didn’t want to wake up my people. All this happened until about three in the morning. The indifference of the staff is surprising, because it feels like no one said anything to those making noise. Plus, room 105 stank wildly of cigarette smoke, you can’t open the windows either, because at 7 am there is very loud traffic on the street - they honk non-stop. In this room, in principle, there is a different hood - in the next room there is nothing like that. In the morning, my husband spoke to the reception about what was happening, to which he was told that the shift at night was different and no one knew. They didn't even apologize. It could have easily been a 4-5 star review, but this is no way to treat guests.

朝食の時間が遅いのが不満。習慣なので仕方ない面もあるが、、、コーカサス3国は全て遅かった。朝食が8時始まりなのが普通。

Мы приехали на экскурсионныйтур в Баку. Азербайджан встретил очень тепло во всех смыслах. Нам очень понравился отель калисто. Маленький семейный тихии отель с вкусным завтраком и вежливым персоналом. Спасибо большое за теплую встречу в Азербайджане
