Absolutely wonderful!!!

We LOVED everything about this hotel, location , the family, the food, the quality, the spa, the views , all exceptional.
The Schermers are hands on and work very hard ensure nothing is a problem… congratulations to them … stop just considering this hotel for your holiday …. Just book it now !!!

Amazing.

What beautiful Hotel, service, food, friendly family run Hotel, We will return. We visited with a group of friends, staying a week in Summer. The highlight was the owner took us to his Brother Summer farm way up into the hills, cheese wine and a tour of the family farm is a must. This family run Hotel is the best we have every stayed, nothing is too much trouble, and on our check out a small pot of family made jam! what's not to like, please if you ever visit Westerdorf, Winter or Summer make this your place to stay you will not be disappointed!

Very good hotel with excellent food and service

Excellent hotel. We arrived by train and the porter collected us from the station. Room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of storage space . An umbrella, backpack and even a shoehorn were provided as well as the usual bathrobes and slippers. Meals were very good with good selection at breakfast with chefs on hand for freshly cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes. Evening meals were six courses, with choice of main. All good quality and even the half portions were sometimes too much for us and despite the tempting local cheeses we never made it that far. From 3 o'clock there was yet more food on offer, soup, salds and cakes! Staff were friendly and efficient and the two minor problems (light switch and shower door) were sorted by the time we returned in the afternoon. There is bus stop directly opposite the hotel and we were able to make good use of the free service up and down the valley. We would really recommend this hotel

An Exceptional Hotel

Wow! What an amazing hotel. I am not surprised people come back here year after year. The rooms are delightful, tbe food spectacular and there are so many amenities.
If you are a gym junkie like me, it has a great on-site gym, with plenty of cables and free weights.
Highly recommend this place.

Old-fashioned cozy and attractive Hotel in Westendorf

Fine hotel with all the trimmings Wellnes , parking garage good food and nice bar with lots of live music and right in the village so everything is hervoet fine to do. Very welcoming staff and super breakfast. Price quality also in good order and book directly and not through booking sites saves you a lot of money. No old-fashioned Austrian hospitality and good rooms with balcony and sun.
