Comfortable modern hotel

Friendly staff especially the Hungarian receptionist Ana who spoke good English. Very comfortable bed but for a 4 star hotel, I have some comments. In room 109 the telephone did not work to get a wake up call. It was not fixed during my 5 night stay so someone had to bang on my door to wake me. Shampoo not provided which is out of court in a 4 star hotel! Fortunately I had brought my own. Flies in the bedroom and also in the adjoining restaurant. Decor obviously designed by a man not thinking of women! No place for ladies’ non hanging clothes. A corporate hotel suitable for an overnight stop over. Free WiFi. Subdued lighting. No view from room 109. Otherwise very gemutlich.

Basic

Had to stay somewhere in Vienna for ine night and best deal we found online with breakfast and free parking was this hotel.
Situated in a very safe and quiet area just outside a big park, we enjoyed few things such as very nice breakfast, the free parking and the comfortable beds.
We didn't like that the menus were all just in German and nobody made an efort to try and help us translate from the menu so we could serve dinner there.... so we left the restaurant and so happy for that as we eat amazinly well at the restaurant in the park.
Rooms were clean but walls really need fixing and to be repainted. It's a bit out of date, not at all modern but beds are very comfy.
Breakfast staff was lovely and very helpful not at all like the evening shift.

All right

The location is absolutely fantastic, literally on the doorstep of Kuurpark Oberlaa. Free parking andy room was of decent size and clean. The airconditioning was working fine. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious, the place is clearly understaffed though. I suppose the problem is only going to get worse in all restaurants and hotels across Europe. The reception was often not manned, probably for the same reason. The waiting time can be quite long. Staff is all right but one misses the friendliness and the welcoming spirit that some professionals in the business do have. Good value for money though.

Near Spa (Oberlaa) and Natural Park

Rooms spacious and comfortable. Loudspeaker in bath. Free parking. Breakfast with warm food - the restaurant offers good Viennese-, Hungarian-and Czech style cuisine. Thermal Spa nearby. No facilities to self prepare tea/coffee etc.

Decent place

+The superior double room is quite spacious, nice comfy. Wifi works well. Speaker in the bathroom is great. Btw bathroom has a transparent glass door :) Free private parking. The building is old but well kept. Breakfast includes warm food.
- No kettle provided. The WHOLE AMOUNT was deposited prior the arrival.
