Terrible experience from start to finish
Already when we arrived, we were greeted by an unsightly scaffolding in front of the building.
When you enter, the way to the reception leads through an extremely unsightly corridor into a run-down staircase. After checking in we went to our room. Dirty towels, broken bathroom tiles, broken ceiling lamps, dirty walls, defective radiators, defective bathroom door, defective sockets etc. awaited us here. It is extremely noisy and somewhere in the walls you can hear sounds of animals (mice?).
Selling this under "Hotel" I find absolutely cheeky. Hostel hits it more.
Nothing about it is recommended except the location right on the tram.

Compared to my photos the first ever seen on site.... The others yes we lived it booked 2 nights we ran away after 1 night
Tiles floor bathroom redone, the door not cut and well we don't close...
Smell of very low-end plastic in the rooms.....

Avoid if you have even a shred of self respect remaining.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a building which is under construction, so heavily I don't believe it should be operational. Nonetheless, I found the door and was met by a dark, dingy and smelly (smell of burning concrete, from construction) corridor. I managed to find reception which is on the second floor.
I was checked in by a friendly and helpful young lady, who was the single positive aspect of my stay.
The room was terrible, stained walls and it was at least 40 degrees Celsius inside the room. The walls were covered in damp patches, the paint was peeling in more places than not and it was just generally dirty.
I had not read reviews up until now, and when i saw the state of the room, I did. I saw the recent complaints of bed bugs and anxious to avoid that, I stripped the bed to ensure they were not present.
While there were no bed bugs, stripping the bed unveiled an underlayer sheet, stained with brown and yellow streaks, with so many holes it resembled a Swiss cheese.
When looking under the bed, there was a clear line, from unacceptably dirty to much worse, where it was clear under the bed had not been cleaned for dust in a long time. There was a layer of dust thick enough to hide the colour of the floor.
Although I had found no bed bugs the linen was so disgusting I decided I would not sleep in the bed.
This is all without mentioning the heat issue. The room was filled with exposed piping, all of which was piping hot, and you can imagine what that did to the temperature. The room was unbearable without fully opening the Venetian windows which led directly to the scaffolding affixed to the front of the building.
The hotel is in such an unsafe area i did not feel comfortable leaving after dark. I sealed all my luggage from contamination and sat in the wooden chair provided until sunrise, when I swiftly made my escape.
Do not believe the photos, this accommodation is somewhere I would not put a dog, nevermind a human.

unpleasant experience!
I will never choose this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone else!
