Top staff and gourmet cuisine

Together with our grandchildren, we were allowed to enjoy a hospitable hotel with good cuisine. Especially the staff, be it at the Sevice, cleaning or reception, were always friendly and accommodating. Too bad that there were some ambiguities and difficulties with the tennis lessons we booked in advance for our grandchildren. Pascal tennis instructor from TC Reutte was able to absolutely inspire the boys. End well all right!

nice family hotel

Located in the middle of the village, you can reach everything from there very well on foot. The house is very nice and very clean. The rooms are very large, with an extra couch corner and a large balcony. Personally, I didn't like the glazed open bathroom so much because the partner can always see in. Otherwise large bathroom with large shower, separate toilet. Beds I found almost a bit hard, the pillow did not like at all. You have a narrow long pillow and a small one. Ansosnten equipment very good and attention is paid to small details. Food is good, always nicely arranged on the plate. Afternoon buffet is great and more than sufficient. Very good baked goods and cakes. Sauna area is very pleasant and beautifully designed.

To come back

First and foremost : Many thanks to hotel management and the whole service team for friendliness and helpfulness. The kitchen deserves at least one star for breakfast, afternoon buffet and dinner.
The hotel is ideally located. Close to the scenic Haldensee for our grandchildren for swimming or stand-up paddling. Directly at the cable car to Neunerköpfle for hiking and resting in the Alps.
And the family (grandparents with 4 grandchildren , 8 to 13 years) thoroughly enjoyed the leisure activities in the hotel itself: Swimming pool, gym, games room, table tennis.
So all around a successful offer for successful holidays.

Excellent and cosy

For the second time we stayed in a large family room "Familiennest Neunerköpfle" (refurbished in 2014). Separate bathroom/show, separate toilet, separate room for parents with kids sleeping on double bed in spacious living room - just great! The hotel is super cosy with lots of wood and warm colors. The perfect place for families, hikers, mountain bikers and others seeking peace in the alps.

Nothing really wrong but nothing special

We paid 113 Euros per person for a Double room with balcony and half board. The food was adequate but nothing special though I will admit there was plenty of it.
There is an outside seating area but even in July it seemed hardly used while we were there. There isnt the opportunity to take breakfast or supper outside which is a shame.
Parking was pretty full and I would certainly recommend reserving a space in the ski season,
Wellness area and pool was nice.
Overall no major gripes but I think I can do better for the money in this area.
