Perfect hotel

What an amazing hotel. The location is stunning, and if you have a room that faces the mountain your view will be mesmerising.
The whole hotel staff worked as an amazing team to make sure that our stay was superb from beginning to end.
We had a superiore room and it was perfect. Food is exquisite and beautifully presented. The dining room, like most Austrian hotels, is not air conditioned so during the hot weather became quite warm.
The spa area is lovely and well appointed, the pool area is small but well maintained, and is the family area of the hotel.

Perfect

The hotel is very nicely decorated, you immediately feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and you try to fulfill the wishes right away. The food is excellent, the spa is very nice, the view of the mountains are pure final tension. We will definitely come back.

customer friendly and helpful

Family run hotel. Friendly and helpful on all fronts.
Good breakfast, jause and dinner. Rooms at the back nice view.
Only downside, as in all of Serfaus is the parking space. (is solved by parking car at about 300 meters in a garage.)

Always beautiful

We are repeat offenders and come to this hotel every now and then and we were thrilled every time. Nice big room, great food. At breakfast no wish remains unfulfilled, the snack with savoury and also with several delicious cakes and desserts and in the evening a 5-course menu. Nice service, nice spa...... For our family, the Alfa benchmark. How many times in the past have we said hotel quite good-but no Alfa.

Top (ski) hotel in Serfaus

Great hotel! Nice, clean spacious room with mountain views. The car is parked for free in the covered parking garage. All the staff are super enthusiastic and helpful. The food is, in a word, FANTASTIC. We were spoiled every day (breakfast and dinner) and that deserves a big compliment for the chef and his crew. Waiting staff super hospitable. Nice (Gin) bar, where you can also sit outside in a heated area when the weather is nice. In short, Alfa Hotel has really pleasantly surprised our ski group and gets a big 10.
