Really nice summer stay

The host family is really nice and accommodating. There are many nice details like the daily morning post in which suggestions for activities are made and where you also choose what you get delicious in the evening for food.
Our room was very clean thanks to daily room service. Double rooms have a hillside view. This has its advantages and disadvantages: In summer it doesn't get so hot on the balcony and you can enjoy the peace and quiet. There is no view of the Dachstein chain. If you would like to book this then rather triple rooms.
Personally, I enjoyed the food both in the morning and in the evening. In my opinion, the offer was always varied and tasteful. For me, however, the view from the restaurant / breakfast room was borderline awesome.
As for the surroundings: In reality, everything in the Ennstal is easily accessible by car and thanks to SommerCard almost everything including even the otherwise expensive ride to the Dachstein included for free. (Tip: In summer, make a reservation for the Dachstein gondola ride online in advance, because otherwise it can happen that you do not get up).

Stay away!!!

Very bad hotel and very bad service. Stay away from this place! Ripoff and dishonest owners.

Lovely hotel with great views

We only stayed one night but can't fault it in this price range.
The room was very clean and well appointed with a very smart bathroom.
We were on half board and were very pkeasently surprised by the quality and quantity of food served.
The owners are friendly and helpful.
I used the sauna area which was spotlessly clean, I particularly liked the massage loungers which were much appreciated after a days skiing.
The location is great for the Galsterburg ski area.
I would certainly recommend this place.

Good location for skiing in Schladming

Good location for skiing in Schladming, great parking space, friendly and helpful owner, great home-made dinner food, spacious rooms, bathroom can be a bit small. The facility has a ski storage room and ski boots.
