Like family

Like family. Excellent and warm welcome. Very large and quiet room despite the nearby railway. They treated us to a welcome aperitif and some truly excellent body creams. Breakfast with few sweets and a lot of savory part. A particular note: the hunting trophies on display that would make animal rights activists shudder.

Fabulous

We had a superb stay and this was mainly down to the warmth of the owners. Sonja met us at the train station and gave us coffee/ cake upon arrival and chatted to us. Room was big and clean and had a pleasant balcony facing south. The train line is near the pension but we enjoyed the interest that the trains brought and we didn't find them noisy in the least. Breakfast was hearty with fresh rolls and a range of other typical Austrian meats/ cheeses/ yoghurt/ coffee etc. What was most striking was the way the grandmother took an interest in our days out; she not only gave advice and drew us maps, but she also asked how it had gone on our return. Grandad and Grandma offered us schnaps and home made honey schnaps. They have a lot of return guests. A little German would be helpful but Sonja speaks good English.

Like family

Staying in Jägerhof is like staying with family - we regard the host family as our extended family . Erika, Erwin, Sonja, Roman and Maximilian do everything the can to make you feel at home. We love the place.

Home away from home

This is one of the best times I had at a bed and breakfast. We encountered the most friendly hosts ever. We were there over Christmas and the atmosphere was amazing. We caught a cold on arrival, and they were looking after us like were family. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the breakfast was delicious every morning and the cleanliness was exceptional. Although quite close to the railway, the noise you cannot really hear with close windows, so do not worry about it. We also got gift vouchers to the local swimming pool and sauna, which was also very nice. I can only recommend it ++++

Like at home

In Jagerhof we took bed and breakfast. A few days we enjoyed besides the beauty of the mountains also in traditional Austrian hospitality by our wonderful hosts. The atmosphere is very pleasant. A place where keeps to tradition.
