Second to None. Best ski trip ever!

The best ski holiday we have ever had which is purely down to the service, hospitality and location of this hotel. The ski in ski out location was brilliant, even in the second week of April!
The service- they have thought of everything!
Our room was brilliant for a family of four with two children (age 8 and 10) with a door splitting the two parts of the room, so the children had an area with their bunk bed and the adults had a king bed in the other section. The location of the room was so close to the restaurant and bar area, also locker room. Just ideal for us.
The spa area was just stunning and so welcomed after a long day skiing. The ski area is the best we have ever skied.
The food was exemplary.
The owners are just wonderful, caring people. And are always around for advice or a friendly chat.
I just cannot fault this place.
Every T is crossed, every I dotted. From the lindt bunny Easter egg, to the egg smash which my daughter loved doing, to the sweeties at farewell before boarding the coach to leave.
Thank you from my family to the whole Hotel Arlberghaus team!!!

Fabulous, family hotel. An absolute gem!

The best Austrian ski hotel we have stayed in.
This is all down to the family ownership and exceptional staff.
The rooms are beautifully clean with loads of storage. They have a modern touch with all new furniture and comfy beds. The bathroom was well appointed, had 2 windows, robes, soap etc and the bath/shower had high pressure very hot water for that apres ski soak. There is a sauna and steam room. Alas no jacuzzi.
The food was fabulous with a six course meal each night. Breakfast was also extensive and impressive. The bar is lovely. Afternoon tea was perhaps a bit underwhelming but I’m not complaining!
The hotel put on a welcome cocktail evening, a music night, wine tasting etc. They have a hireable hot tub on the roof, we had 4 people in it and to be honest that was a squeeze! 2 would be perfect.
The lifts are very close, about 100m and you can ski back to the boot room. The ski school meeting point is next to the hotel. The boot room it is large, bright and well appointed with heated boot racks. Should you wish to start skiing in Lech the ski bus runs every 10 mins, is on time and takes about 10 minutes.
We had a fabulous stay at the Alberhaus.

A hotel that feels like a home!

I just returned from my second trip to Zurs staying at the Hotel Arlberghaus. The Egglers and their staff could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. My group took over almost the entire hotel and they really customized our experience. Ski with the Boss with Thomas was fun, challenging and very informative. The staff was very friendly and got to know all of our names. They truly made the entire trip amazing

Family owned hotel run to perfection!

The owners were there to greet our group and made us feel right at home. They helped us with everything we needed to get us on the slopes as fast as possible. The staff was amazing! So attentive and gracious. The food was incredible as was the wine selection.

Arlberghaus - Always A Memorable Experience

Always a pleasure to return year after year to Arlberghaus. From the moment you arrive until departure, you are pampered in the capable hands of the Eggler Family and their great staff, many of whom return every year. Ivet at reception, Balazs the wine steward/Head Waiter, Phillip in the Walserstube Bar and many more make one's stay memorable. Take advantage of "Ski With The Boss" who knows the mountains like no other. Karl's on Wednesdays with live music is terrific apres ski. Ski-in/out makes the hotel very unique & special. As for the cuisine, it is varied, abundant, and excellent. I have already made my reservation for 2027
