An absolute must

What a fantastic, friendly and small scale hotel! From the moment you arrive you feel really welcome here. Norbert, Marta and Thomas welcome you with open arms, immediately know your name and do everything to make your stay unforgettable. Their personal approach and genuine hospitality really make the difference.
Every evening you will be spoiled for choice with a super-prepared four-course dinner – always a party to look forward to! In addition, the locker at the ski lift is a huge plus: no lugging around with material and immediately carefree on the slopes.
The rooms are also very spacious, comfortable and well cared for. Everything checks out here.
In short: an absolute must for those who love personal service, conviviality and quality. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Best of kleinarl

Feels like being at home. Martha and Norbert do everything they can to make you feel good. Really nice and local food. Small family hotel close to the attracting skiing area. Perfect rooms. Very clean. Our best recommendation.

Fully enjoyed our stay

We visited this hotel for the second time in January. Visiting this place is an amazing experience summarised by the welcoming Heitzman's friendly atmosphere, perfectly clean rooms, traditional dishes and an energy rich breakfast to start your ski day! on a convenient location, 7 minutes walk from the ski lift (or one bus stop) and a ski to door ability for average (and adventurous) skiers. The sauna room and the beautiful mountain and river views are a plus to this picturesque alpine hotel!!

What a lovely hotel? Nice, clean, neat, familiar and extremely "value for money" hotel. We had probably our best ski vacations at this hotel. Everything there was excellent. Familie Heitzman -the owners- are the best people in Austria. 500m distance from ski-lifts which is a very good morning training session in order to begin your day and a ski route through a forest and fresh powder exactly outside the ski-room of the hotel is the best way to close your skiing day. Food was excellent and very respectful to the local cuisine.
