Hotel with warmth

I had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel and felt very comfortable from the first moment.
The hosts are extremely warm, attentive, and ensure a pleasant, family atmosphere with their friendly manner. You can tell immediately that hospitality is lived here with a lot of heart.
My room was very clean, cozy, and had a balcony with a dreamlike view of the Tyrolean mountains. Waking up in the morning and enjoying this view was a real highlight every day.
I also particularly liked the cozy terrace, where you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
The breakfast was very delicious, fresh, and prepared with a lot of love – a perfect start to the day.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone who values warmth, relaxation, and a personal atmosphere. Thank you very much for the lovely time – I would love to come back!

Feel-good oasis away from skiing

It has been a tradition for us to be here for the opening with our group of men – and we feel 1A every time. This family-run hotel impresses with its warmth, personal service and superb atmosphere. Clear recommendation!

Caution when canceling

Had to cancel at short notice due to illness. I was immediately charged 90% of the cost on my credit card. As far as o.k. I then asked several times if a further rental had taken place. I was not given any information on this. Literally "We will not make any statements about Our hotel occupancy, sales, guests, etc. " "In the event of a written cancellation, we may proceed with the room as we wish." I asked the traffic office in Ischgl about the cancellation policy and got the clear information here that if you continue to rent the cancellation costs have to be reduced proportionally. I confronted Valülla about this and, lo and behold, within a few hours I got the news through the tourist office that, "for reasons of goodwill", I would be given a credit note for two days. A scoundrel who thinks evil.

Excellent quiet après-ski location

Excellent heated bar area and terrace with views over the town, that was an excellent quiet après-ski location.
Although not residents Jurgen made us so welcome and the drinks were excellent.
The hotel is in a quiet area but just five minutes from the centre of town.
