A good solution for those who want to ski
Basic but clean spa. Comfortable rooms, clean and with a nice view. Friendly staff and very helpful. Also the solution with the skiroom with access from the slope is very convenient. On a negative note I would put the lack of an indoor parking and perhaps the quality of the restaurant, a bit low for a 4 star.
In any case it remains a perfect structure for those who want to ski

Gives a factory feeling, modern and clean but could be better culinary
Pro: enough and free parking space; modern and clean, nice, well finished hotel; friendly staff; room next to elevator is very well insulated, you hardly hear the elevator, good shower but rain shower would be better instead of hand shower on bar; hygiene is top.
Contra: small room; sober sauna complex (2 saunas + 1 steam bath) with view on the parking area and the parked cars (also this view from your room/balcony); bar not separate from restaurant (noisy customers just drinking something and mud every day in the walking area from the bar guests coming from outside); also mud in the reception area every day from customers coming in; the food is ordinary, not really culinary high quality and usually in buffet form (only main course and dessert is served at the table); the breakfast is very sparse, hardly any fresh fruit or you have to come early because it is gone, lots of canned fruit, every day the same, little choice in bread, only scrambled eggs or hard-boiled eggs (even the 'soft-boiled'); the reception is only staffed until 4.30 pm so with questions after a day of skiing you can only go the next morning, check in later than 4.30 pm is through the restaurant staff who can only hand in your key but cannot give details; no slippers for the new hotel guests; overall a factory feeling, totally different a hotel run by a family; after 2 quiet days in the hotel, 4 couples with children suddenly arrived on our floor; the children shouted, screamed, laughed and ran down the corridor, from one room to another in the evening while their parents stayed in the bar/restaurant after dinner; there is no one at the reception to complain about that in the evening; due to the concrete construction, the noise nuisance from other rooms or from the corridor also carries far, better and more insulation would be better; the last 5 evenings were not fun and every evening we had to ask those children to be quieter, that it was not a playground but a hotel because their parents did not care, education zero! They were Czech; a lot of Czech in this area of Austria by the way.
