Feel Like A Home

This B&B is located in a very nice and calm place, close to Grundlsee. The owner is very nice and polite. Very good hospitality. Nice cosy room with balcony and good view to the surrounding mountain. Grundlesee is 5 mins walk and toplitzsee is 10 mins walk.Owner also allowed his kitchen to be used. So we cooked ourselves and enjoyed the time.At the first glance itself we felt that we are in our home. The breakfast is very good, probably the best we had in our trip in austria. If you want to feel like a home then definitely you can stay here without any hesitation
Cons: The shower place is small.

Very calm location; hospitality 1A+++++

Me and my partner stayed at the Haus Annerl 26th December 2013 for 2 nights as we were travelling around in Austria.
The area is amazing and so close to the lakes and mountains. (for day trips)
We felt amazingly welcomed and will definitely come back when we are in that corner of Austria again. Thanks again

Very comfortable b&b in traditional style.

I just got back from spending three nights at Haus Annerl. The people who run it are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. We had a large balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Breakfast was waiting for us every morning, despite us being very long sleepers & only getting down for eleven. It's very quiet and peaceful in this area and so it's the perfect place for a relaxing break.

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung über den Garagen mit kleinen Schwächen. Geräumig, tolles gut ausgestattetes Kücheneck, Eckbank Essecke, Sofa, 2Sessel, 2 Schlafzimmer je 2 Betten, 2 Toiletten, 1 Dusche, Kachelofen, Elektroheizung, LCD TV.
WLAN vorhanden, jedoch Internetverbindung sehr schlecht, langsam, oft gar nicht! Wir haben aus Frust meistens die einigermaßen funktionierende T-Mobile Austria Verbindung mit der eigenen deutschen Flatrate genutzt.
Hofeigene Produkte gibt’s fast keine. Marmelade, das war‘s. Die freundliche Gastgeberin bietet noch Honig aus der Region an und hat uns Eier von einem befreundeten Hof besorgt.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ab und an haben nervig
Die Das p
oße Ventilatoren in den Heuställen mit ihrem Heulen und Brummen genervt, aber das muss wohl sein in der heutigen Landwirtschaft.
Fast gegenüber ist der Gasthof Veit, wo man, außer dienstags, gut speisen kann. Busverbindung gibt’s unten am See, in dem man schön baden kann.

TRAUM URLAUB

Eine sehr schöne Pension (Bauernhof), sehr freundlich familiär geführt, gutes Frühstück, wunderbare Lage in der Natur, genau das richtige, um ab zu schalten und den stressigen Arbeitsaltag hinter sich zu lassen, wir wären gern noch länger geblieben, in dieser traumhaften ruhigen Gegend, aber wir kommen sich bald wieder !
