Really very good and worth repeating!

We booked a good week at Plansee on the recommendation of my daughter and her partner. It was fantastic! At my age, I rarely experience such a warm owner family. The food, the rooms, and the service were excellent. Perhaps a few tissues in the bathroom and some fruit (sliced for breakfast) would be a nice addition. It was incredibly beautiful to take day trips from here and return in the evening to the peace and quiet! Let Plansee and Hotel Forelle thrive!

Very nice hotel on Plansee, definitely recommended

We had a very nice big room towards the mountains. It was totally quiet at night.
Very friendly hotel staff and the food in the evening was also very good.
Breakfast buffet also fully fine with views of Plansee.

Good hotel in a great location

We spent three nights at hotel Forelle. We had a room with a terrace. The room was spotless and the beds were good. Rarely seen such a thoroughly clean room. The rooms have also been recently renewed. Breakfast buffet was not very extensive in terms of choice, but what was there was good and enough.
And the best part is really the location, right on the Plansee.

Great Views - Good for a night.

The location is excellent, right at the lake - with some stunning views also from the restaurant. Food was good, not too expensive, and had a decent variety for breakfast. The staff was a little stiff sometimes, but everything was done well. The cleanliness of the rooms was alright - not the most modern but everything worked and it was good for our 1 night stay.

A fantastic short break at the Hotel Trout on Lake Plansee

The host and staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The room with balcony and lake view was very well maintained and very clean.
Excellent cuisine.
Very quiet location, ideal to relax and unwind and unwind.
