Great service at a perfect location in the city

I had a fantastic experience at this homely and beautiful hotel in the middle of Freemantle. First I stayed here with my daughter, we stayed in a very nice room with good bed and nice bathroom. Then I was stranded a week extra because of the situation in the Middle East. Then I got an extraordinary service :-) I got a suite for a very cheap money. With the suite there was a large, beautiful veranda. I had access to a super spinning room and also another gym. But what surpassed everything was the incredible kindness and flexibility of the hotel manager and staff. They had quite a night, and then it was arranged rooms in a sister hotel, which also offered a suite at a good price. Eventually I managed to get my tickets home and canceled the last nights, which was no problem either. In addition, the hotel served free wine, cheese and biscuits every day from 17-18 :-) I would highly recommend this hotel! If I ever go back to Fremantle, I will definitely stay here :-)

Great hotel! It's conveniently located close to everything you need, and places to see. The room was clean, and continental breakfast is included. Staff were always polite and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Excellent location in the heart of Fremantle. A real bonus was the offstreet secure parking. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were friendly. The room is small as to be expected based on the shipping container size however it was it was comfortable and had a good shower. The only downside was the air-conditioning was not efficient and the room a bit stuffy something to do with the settings that the Hotel has for winter and summer we spoke with other guests who made the same comments other than that it was a really good stay.

Lovely Experience

I was there for two nights and it was very comfortable and pleasant and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and relaxed. The room, bed etc were all neat clean and fresh. The scent of the products in the bathroom was exquisite. And the simple but elegant breakfast as well as a wine with cheeses, pickles and cured meat in the evening certainly made it feel very welcoming and much more homely than most hotels.
Thank you. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Freo.

Great place to stay in Fremantle. Good location . Comfortable stay Staff were great , friendly and helpful. The Pre evening drink and charcuterie plate was a great idea . Breakfast good . Calamity Rods next door has great beers. Definitely coming back
