Check in was easy. Renovations at the time we checked in. Shelf under TV unit was damaged and reported straight away. Easy parking. Good nightly rate for parking. Close to CBD of Melbourne and very close distance to the MCG.
Room pricing was a big steep but overall the accommodation was excellent.

We were advised checking was until 6.00pm. We arrived at 5.10 and the front door was locked. No sign and no text until after 6pm that said we needed to put in a code for after hours check in. We waited around until we got that text. If you say check in is until 6.00pm, someone should be there until 6.00pm!

Was good location for MCG but the room had a broken kitchen table dirty sheets on the bed stains on the lounge burns on the kitchen chairs, I guess if you got this room cheap it would be fine just not when you are paying a lot of money for it, the cleaners could be a lot better

The property a bit rundown
Check in is a night mare
Not sure where to go
Minimal staff on site
Cannot contact prior to check in
They supply complimentary coffee, tea
No milk
Checkout wanted to hand room card in was told to put in box outside , no box , then person on site for other apartments says I will take it , they could have done in the first place

The room was not clean. Hair in bath and fingernails on bed.
Rang for two days and no answer as the tv was not working
