Fantastic location and wonderful staff
The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Melbourne and surrounded by an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants and bars. It’s also only a short walk to the major shopping centres and the Melbourne CBD business district, which made getting around incredibly easy.
The staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel was a great base for a business trip, but I’d also happily stay here for a leisure visit because of the location and everything that’s right on the doorstep.
Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the location. I’d definitely stay at Novotel Melbourne Central again.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff and Great Location
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel at home throughout my stay.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning.
Overall, a great experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.
