Pacifically booked this hotel with a beach view balcony, I did an upgrade to a serviced apartment.
Just the perfect spot to view the Pacific Air Show on the 27th floor.
Plenty of room to include friends.

Old and dated, central to Surfers , limited height in parking.

The bed, you could feel the springs ,we slept on the only blanket to give some relief, on the first night because nobody manned reception downstairs 5pm except for security, my wife slept on the spare pillows,
Second night the bed was fitted with a mattress protector, but we still use the bedding for comfort with a spare sheet over top of us.
On the Veranda, you could feel spray coming from the top levels. It was actually the air-conditioner drains coming over the top floors because the drains were blocked overhead and it was running through mildew and pigeon poo, which you could smell.
I was told all the units are privately owned and some of my concerns were reported weeks ago to body corporate

Sujo e com fezes de pombos e piolho de pombos também. Dirty and with pigeon lice droppings

Hotel sujo e com fezes e piolho de pombo. Tinha um ninho de pombos na varanda, que além de sujar toda a varanda ainda trouxe piolho de pombos pra dentro do quarto e mordendo a gente. Nunca, nunca se hóspede nesse local, é nojento lá. Paguei mais de 200 dólares na diária pra um lugar imundo e porco.
The hotel was filthy and full of pigeon droppings and lice. There was a pigeon's nest on the balcony, which not only soiled the entire balcony but also brought pigeon lice into the room, biting us. Never, ever stay at this place, it's disgusting. I paid over $200 a night for a filthy and disgusting place.

All I can say is we were very disappointed that the pool was a building site and we paid over price for the room. But on a good note the reception staff were excellent.
Very good location. I don’t think they should be advertising a big picture of a swimming pool in the Hotels.com app. When it’s not available and when you check the small print it says it there, so you can’t get a refund.

Currently under renovation, however only the swimming pool and gym were closed. Nice location and great staff. I would like to have stayed longer. Adequate kitchenette
