Alivio was a delight - the staff were really helpful, easy parking, close to the sights, gorgeous room and a great view (better than what we had at the Hilton)! I didn’t try the pool but it looked gorgeous.

Good, but not great.

The property is presented as a hotel, but during our stay we encountered a service very different from what we expected.
For three nights the room was never made up and we did not receive any cleaning service. We were even forced to go to the reception to ask for clean towels. Also regarding toiletries, we were only provided with a small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo for the entire duration of the stay, a quantity definitely insufficient for two people.
Breakfast, however, was really good, with a good selection and quality products even though it was served in a bar near the hotel.
Overall, however, I would have appreciated it if these service methods had been clearly indicated at the time of booking. If a property is presented as a hotel, one normally expects a minimum of hotel service, especially regarding room cleaning and towel changes.

Overall we liked our stay. But would have liked room cleaning more often. We stayed for six nights and no cleaning was made. There was no kitchen supplies in our apartment (no frying pan or skillet), so we could not use the stove. But the staff in the reception was very helpful.

Microwave and balcony was what I was looking for. Due to location I was facing main road though. Servicing the room would be done after 7 night stay which is quite a while.
Restaurant below is a must try though

Excellent 4 star hotel. ❤️

After hours check-in, secure and smooth easy instructions, on the front desk an envelope with key card and breakfast vouchers. Our room on the third floor was modern, smelled great with lovely bathroom. In the morning the Receptionist was friendly, informative and well organised. Lots of brochures and can book anything you may like to do. Breakfast at Goose cafe was excellent. $20 vouchers each, exceptional coffee, select and pay the balance. Stunning food! In hotel Thai restaurant has a good bar and the food was delicious! We look forward to the next two nights! Nice pool, spa and BBQ etc Nothing is any bother here. Staff look after you. Location
