Excellent. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff always helpful. Happy to go back

We have been staying at Pacific Apartments at least four times. Never disappoints. Always clean and tidy. Pool is great. Always have a swim after going to the beach which is just across the street. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Happy to go again.

Great location - but lower quality than the photos indicated and poor maitenance

First time staying in Byron Bay. The apartment is well located right across from the beach. We had 3 nights in apartment D3. Perhaps this is one to avoid.
Despite the listing stating air-conditioning and showing ducted air con in the photos. It wasn't air conditioned. There was no flyscreen on the sliding balcony door so if you wanted some cooling air, you also risked letting bugs in. The windows and screens on the bedrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned for a decade or more. The exhaust fan on the ensuite wasn't working - looked like for some time - as the ceiling was mouldy and quite unpleasant.
Also unpleasant was the ensuite drain being full of hair so flooded the room when the shower was used and we had to call the maintenance person due to a toilet that was constantly running - he attended quickly and did fix the issue. The room safe had a note on it saying it wasn't working and I saw the same note on a review from a year ago. Routine cleaning seemed to be fine, but they seem to be quite poor on getting maintenance items attended to.
We paid a lot more for a mid-week / off peak stay that we would normally at the Gold or Sunshine coasts so were disappointed about the lack of air con when the photos in tha advertisement showed it and the poor level of maintenance.

A lovely birthday long weekend.

The apartment was very well located. A short walk to the restaurants, over the road to the beach although the weather was not the best for that and easy access for walking to the light house. The apartment was comfortable. We especially liked the very quiet bedroom in the back overlooking the nature area. The kitchen had all that we required including a pod coffee machine with enough pods for us for a few days. The rustic decor with nice art works impressed my partner. Parking was easy under the building. If not obvious our apartment was was up three flights of stairs. All good for us but might be an issue for some people.

A home away from home

We absolutely loved staying at this little artists studio.
Close to amazing coffee, a quick stroll into town, perfect for a couples get away.
The place feels homely, and very relaxing. The interior of the place beautiful, sitting out on the balcony is a dream and waking up to the birds singing from the bedroom is magical.
We will absolutely be back to stay here when we come to Byron!!

Great spot to stay

My wife and I had a great stay in a well-kept unit very close to the beach. We were particularly impressed with how our host Madona went out of her way to make our visit a top one. We'll return for sure.
