AVOID!!!

Stayed in a studio apartment for only 1 night, arrived at 11:30pm and checked out the next morning with absolutely no sleep due to the poor conditions of the room. The room was very dated and dirty. Hair on the floor, stained and holey curtains, terrible hard mattress with marks and no protector - you could also feel the springs when lying down. The couch in the room was incredibly dirty, the arms covered in black marks and dust. The additional blankets provided smelled very dusky and seemed as tho they also hadn’t been washed in some time!
Window sill surfaces and tables were also dusty. The outside space was very large hiwver covered in cigarette butts and the table and chairs looked as tho they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
The receptionist was rude, we reported the issues to reception at 9am and were told a refund would be issued, we asked if it was possible to leave the suitcases in the room as we grabbed food before leaving the city to fly home as the stay here completely ruined our trip. We were advised this was possible and let him know we were heading out for a quick bite. No less than 40 minutes after we left we were advised we must return and remove the luggage or we would be charged an additional night - which would have been fine if we were advised of this when asking if this was ok. We were then told another guest would be checking in at 12pm - however as stated online check in isn’t until 2pm.
When questioned Rodger (the receptionist) wouldn’t respond about the information he had given prior. When asked about the cleaner he advised they weren’t here but then when we followed up if they would be cleaning the room prior to the next arrival he swapped his answers to “they’re on a different floor”.
Absolutely terrible stay please avoid at all cost.

The kitchen had holes in the flooring where the boards did not match up.
The lift and common areas stunk of cigarette smoke, its was disgusting

The dishes were not cleaned so i had to rewash. One of the drinking glass was cracked. Maybe a good clean would be thoughtful before customers check in.

Never book here again.

Stayed in Room 601, I would never book this place again. The lounges were filthy, we weren’t fane to sit on them. The bathroom had a sewerage stink. Asked the manager if we could change rooms but we were told they were fully booked. He says the smell was bleach because that’s what the cleaners used. House keeping manager was sent up to look at the lounge, she bought covers with her to put over the lounges. She was embarrassed as she knew how dirty they were. They need dumping or at least a professional clean. The curtains were hanging off the hooks, just lazy housekeeping not fixing things like that up. The whole place needs a complete clean and tidy up.
Would never book here again.

Dated & Grotty

Dated & Grotty, Smelly - I won't recommend this place at all. Smelled like bleach, the couch was worn and grubby. Fan where noisy, One bedroom A/C was broken, No fly screens, the all bedside lamps where blown in the unit. Very dirty under couch. No hand towels, no tea towels in the kitchen.
