Clean, well positioned, and comfortable. A special commendation to front desk staff Lanie Lazaro who was on duty late at night and early the next morning but always had a smile on her face for everyone and nothing was too much trouble - Mantra are lucky to have her on their team. A perfect front desk staff member.

Great Location.

The Mantra Albury is in a great location. Easy to find. The carpark is a disappointment as there’s not enough spaces for guests. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Staff don’t seem to be very friendly (except lady who checked me out - she was nice), unfortunately the others didn’t seem interested, and no recognition of Accor Status or an upgrade (seems petty but they promote these perks but they never eventuate)

Location central, room was clean. There was no proper fridge in the room, only for medication.

Disappointing stay - staff must be supervised

Please look after your return guests and show some hospitality! We have stayed here before and loved it. Spacious comfortable room with a lovely view and with full amenities. This time they allocated us a small room at the back of the hotel overlooking a car park which was literally 4 metres from our bedroom window. No privacy and no natural light. We were given two small towels, and that’s it! The room had stains on the carpet, with cramped accommodation. Another point, they advertised parking included in the accommodation package , however to access this we had to pay an extra $23 - in Albury for goodness sakes! We loved this hotel, but unfortunately not anymore.

Located close to Albury railway station, the Mantra is an ideal place to stay if you're breaking the long rail journey from Melbourne to Sydney, as we were. The hotel has all the features needed and the rooms are quite spacious for the price. Staff are very helpful.
