excellent position within walking distance to markets and city centre. Rooms are a great size with full amenities and easy access, and very clean

Great stay. Would have been happier with a smaller and cheaper room but it was lovely. Need closer connections between the different Quests.

Studio apartment

We stayed on a weekday overnight (winter) in one bed apartment, King bed and pillows were very comfy, room was warm and very quiet until 6.30 am when unfortunately power tools were being used in a building near by.Wifi connection and lge TV. Lovely hot shower the next morning. Tea/ Coffee maker supplied, Pantry items are available to purchase for breakfast/ snacks near concierge area, otherwise plenty of cafes and a hotel nearby for breakfast or other mealtimes.Awesome undercover market also only a block away .Bus connection depot opposite the hotel premises. Staff held our luggage for the afternoon whilst we attended a funeral. Highly recommend this Quest property .

Poor staff attitude, outdated uncomfortable rooms.

Upon arrival it was evident that the staff have a lazy and appalling attitude and would rather be joking amongst themselves in the back corner than assisting arriving customers. In the room itself, there was a musty rank stench from the air vents and the bed was highly uncomfortable with a large bump in the middle. We woke up needing a chiropractor. The water pressure of the shower was extremely weak leaving me with horrid hair unable to wash out the shampoo completely. Overall, the room gave a bland and outdated impression not reflective of the price paid. There are much more preferable accommodation options nearby. Would not recommend.
