When I showed the photos, everyone asked me for the complete information
Both the apartment and the complex widely met my expectations and I felt very comfortable. The location, the facilities, and the general condition of the place made the experience very positive.
It is important to note that each apartment belongs to a specific owner and that can greatly change the experiences. Mine was unbeatable. What I saw in photos was exactly what I found: rooms with an ocean view to enjoy a unique sunset and complete equipment. Clean, bright, comfortable. Regarding the common areas, I highlight the impeccable pools, the large park, and very convenient parking.
The area is excellent. You can walk to both Eagle and Palm Beach.

Great location, but find a different unit in this complex. I am reviewing Indigo Bldg #513 condo
All of these condos are individually owned, so it is up to each owner to decorate, provide supplies, and maintain. We stayed in Indigo Building unit 513. The pictures on Trip Advisor looked lovely, however when you look at the details, much needs to be improved. The unit was full of sand on the carpets, kitchen and living area when we checked in. Clearly it was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. All of the appliances are vintage early 2000's The dishwasher was rusty and noisy, (we turned it on as we were leaving for the day) refrigerator had multiple dents, Mirrors in the bath were rusting from behind, kitchen utensils/supplies are minimal, blender was disgusting and rusted and we would not consider using it. We had to ask for a can opener! The owner clearly takes no pride in their unit.
We stayed for 3 weeks and were given 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods and and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. REALLY!! When we asked the management office for more. we were told that each unit is given a "starter supply" and we would have to get them on our own. If they give starter supplies for a 1 week stay, we should have received 3 "starter supplies" for our 3 week stay. So cheap!! They finally were "nice enough" to give us 2 extra rolls of TP.
Also, we were told that we have a "free" mid-stay cleaning because we were there for more than 10 days. We were told, when we checked in to request or mid stay clean 2 days in advance. Guess what..... they came to clean our condo on the 4th day of our 21 day stay. It took an Act of God for them agree to give us a "mid stay" clean.
They say they have a beach across the street from the condo and show a nice picture of the beach with about 2+ dozen palapas for shade. Guess what, those palapas belong to the Embassy Suites (next door) and we could not use them. The condo provided rusty, straight back, uncomfortable beach chairs. Again, it gets back to what the owner provides for you.
Now for some positives: 2 lovely pools. Great ocean/sunset view from the living room and bedroom lanai. Easy 1 mile walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We loved Skratch Kitchen and Azia restaurants. We also enjoyed Pincho's, right on the water in Oranjestad and Madame Jannet's in Noord. The condo location is right between Palm and Eagle Beaches.

Lovely and recommended
It is important to keep in mind that all units are privately owned so you get the experience the owner largely creates.
We chose unit #634. It is a lovely unit. It has been updated and was in good condition.
The beds were insanely comfortable, pillows awesome, and we had plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc.
The view was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio enjoying coffee in the morning!
The road noise is minimal out front and we were grateful there were no families with screaming children using the pool during our stay. To that end, it was tranquil.
Parking was plentiful and free. Our check-in experience was mid but it was a Sunday and the gal behind the desk was clearly a relief worker.
There's great access to the beautiful turquoise beach right there and the walking trail along the beach is wonderful.
And, this location is incredibly convenient to what felt like everything we wanted to do.
I rated this 4 instead of 5 because the last day there we washed clothes and the washer stained everything that went in, including my husband's pilot uniform shirt which he needed to wear to get home. I was very disappointed about that and told the front desk who said they'd notify maintenance. I never got an apology. I'm hoping I can get the stains out of everything when I wash things next.
If not for that, we would give this a 5-star review and we would return.

Some of the previous reviews of Blue Residences were a bit scary, but I’m so glad I ignored them. This condo (434) was awesome- 2BR 2Ba with unbeatable views on the 4th floor. Well maintained property, good AC, full kitchen and complements. It’s between Eagle and Palm beaches and looks walkable on a map but it’s way more convenient to have a vehicle the entire time. Pool here was great and incredibly clean and well maintained, and beach access was just that- a small shelly cove so we preferred to drive to larger and finer beaches. The palm beach bath along the beach was easy to get to, so we enjoyed walking along the water in the morning behind the hotels. A fitness path for runners and bicyclists was also right across the street with easy access to Eagle beach and beyond. Lots of ebikes and scooters to jump on too if not bringing beach stuff around. The only issue we had was the shower drains were slow to drain- otherwise the property was perfect location, clean and updated, and great value for the price. I would 10/10 stay here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront condo
Each one of these residences are individually owned, so the experience is different depending on the unit, owner, etc. The grounds are beautiful with 3 pools, a hot tub a little coffee shop, gym and a high end restaurant on site.
It's 5 min drive to Palm beach restaurant area and 5 min to the sandy beaches of Eagle beach.
Loved the comfort of our 3BR/3BA unit with washer/dryer, kitchen, balcony, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.
