Helpful staff, great value hotel!

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel with 2 work colleagues. We stayed in the family room which is very spacious with 3 separate bedrooms and a communal living area and bathroom. On all 3 visits we've found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was well cleaned every day with water bottles supplied. All bedding and bath towels were clean. Great value for money, especially as this hotel is in central Yerevan. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay.

Only the position is saved

The location is very convenient, but the rest is terrible.
Small and dirty rooms, shower that does not keep hot water, cracked room glasses, indoor swimming pool, sauna for a fee, payment only in cash (the card never goes), breakfast not served...

Good value and great location

We had a few small issues on arrival with the room not being ready, but overall it was a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The sofa bed in the room we were in desperately needs replacing, but otherwise fairly modern and it’s good value for money. The only issue worth considering is the loud music from the bar next door that lasts until late.

Clean hotel

We booked a room here with friends the room and the bathroom were very clean also the pool was very clean, also the caretakers were very kind we ask for extra tea and they gave us for free.
Also on our arrival we couldn't pay because we didn't exchange our money and the manager kindly told us we can pay for the rooms the next day.

Worst hotel experience ever

I received an apartment completely different from what was presented in the booking description. They was told that the room I booked was occupied. I was given a room that didn't even have a table. There is also a strong chemical smell from the toilet in the room, which gives me a headache and severe weakness. The hotel refused the request to recalculate the room rate, as well as noted that it could not fix the problems I discovered.
This is not the kind of service that can cost $100 per day. if I had known, I would never have rented this hotel.
So my recommendation avoids that hotel because it’s a SCAM!!!
