I don't recommend it.

The hotel does not reflect the conditions shown in the photos; the current condition is quite inferior. The staff is very good, but there are several points to improve: not all rooms have refrigerator and in the same building operates a hostel, which changes the expected experience, the first room we were assigned was small, uncomfortable and noisy, as it is located in the middle of two food places with rock. If I emphasize that we were solved this issue and passed first to one room and then to another because of an availability issue, clearly on both occasions the rooms were different.
Breakfast is impractical, it is not self-service, you have to order from a menu and they prepare it on the spot. If there are many people, delays are generated and, for example, coffee cools while you wait for toast.

The page is a lie

Awful. Very bad experience with the hygiene service and breakfast, little light in the Cabin and the receptionist very bad spoke. I paid too much money and it was not worth it, the incomplete breakfast.,I was charged 2 thousand pesos for some scrambled eggs....not everything is real what you see on the page

A frustrated experience

Our experience was not as pleasant as we expected, we even left 1 day early. The hotel has no security, anyone from the street has free access to the hotel area which makes it very unsafe, as it is in the central and tourist area of the city (this was the positive point when we chose it, as it is very central) .
It happened that we forgot to put the key in our room's door and a man entered our room, we believe with the intention of stealing, luckily we were about to get up for breakfast, but the situation ruined our trip and left us with afraid to stay there. The hotel manager offered us to change rooms free of charge, but the feeling of insecurity remained and we chose to leave.
I felt that the price paid did not make up for the experience offered, as the wifi did not work in the room and poorly in the attached restaurant area, the television only picked up 1 channel and the window door had no security at all, a lock that anyone could open. from the outside, knocking lightly on the door, in addition, the room is stuffy and the fan was not enough. Even when we went to make the reservation they told us that it was cool and there was no need for air conditioning in the city of Tilcara, which is not true, as it was very hot, making it impossible to stay in the room all afternoon.
The service isn't that good, the reception isn't 24 hours a day. I just have to thank the breakfast girl who helped me by calling the police during the incident and gave me support when I was nervous.
Parking is paid and rotating, it is not organized.
And to finish, breakfast is very simple, there wasn't even an option for eggs, don't go in with expectations.

What bad attention!!

My experience at the cabin was not good; They receive you forcing you to pay $2500 CASH to enter the car, then they give you the keys and they don't show up again. The area is central, the cabin is nice, but it has no maintenance: the fan without a knob, the bathroom without a place to hang towels, without non-slip in the shower or handle and with a floor cloth to lean on when leaving (my husband he slipped in the shower and hit himself very badly, fortunately it was just the blow); There is no closet or shelf to put clothes on. The wifi never worked and no one responded to my complaint. Mediocre cleaning.
POSITIVE: breakfast, mattress and bedding.

Good ubication

The location is good, the room is small but has good hot water pressure. When we arrived the receptionist was very busy solving a boiler issue so she greeted me and told me you have to pay so much, she gave me the room key and left! I had no option to see the room before paying. Breakfast is a separate issue, the bills and old and reheated toast you can only choose between already made toast, some old buns and old and reheated croissants, there is no fruit or anything healthier.
