Amazing BB

I stayed here for a week back in 2012. Had a beautiful room with access to the terrace. Very quiet and the views were amazing, the staff is second to none and the service was outstanding. If you want a place to unwind this is the place for you! The Cathedral of San Isidro is right in front.

Romantic week end

Summer and spring are the best season to stay, there is a very nice patio. It is not too easy to be found, so if you are in Buenos Aires and you take a taxi or a rented car/driver it is better to ask how much is the fare before starting the trip.
There is a church nearby so if you dont like the bell sound ask for an internal room.

Fascinating Place to Stay

If I were to recommend a place to stay solely based on the kindness of its staff, then this would be it. The owner is the kindest person I have had the pleasure of meeting. The room was spacious and well-kept, and it was relatively quiet. There is a large, checkered patio on the outside that's quiet and good for having coffee in the morning. The best part about the hotel, though, aside from it's owner, is the sort of "entertainment room", which features a grand piano, two guitars, a violin, a flute, many books, and a television. I've been playing piano for over ten years and decided I would play their piano for a bit. The owner heard me playing while showing a new guest around and they watched me. While we were checking out, the owner told me that I was welcome back to the hotel anytime if I played the piano for her guests.

A gem

The buildng is quiet just across from the park. Spartan but easy and cool. The staff is outstanding. English speaking staff available - Pilar*** and Barbara are there to ensure you get just waht you need. The hotel is whimsical but not business place a(althogh they have free wifi) - this is a romantic get away in a cool little suburb of Buenos Aires - 45 mins away (with little traffic - but don't plan on that). It's like a big old house that has been updated. The art is painted by the owner- quite eccentric but somethign special about this place- the courtyards, the food, the staff... enjoy

Un hotel único

Como una persona que promueve la conservación de los edificios históricos, disfruté mucho de hospedarme en este hotel.
Afortunadamente, todas las refacciones se hicieron conservando la arquitectura y estilo originales de la casona colonial, pero con comodidades del siglo XXI.
Es muy elogiable que los baños esten tan bien mantenidos.
Las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con tv led, los colchones son cómodos y tiene buena aislación acustica.
Los espacios comunes son preciosos, en especial el jardin, y el desayuno de primera.
