Excellent option for those passing by Posadas

The hotel is further away from Costanera, but this does not diminish its qualities.
Everything is very new, clean and organized.

First rate hotel

Of the 8 hotels we used during our recent tour of Argentina, this was easily the best. Immaculate room, good customer service, good restaurant, secure parking, great breakfast, and everything worked perfectly. The location is a bit odd, near the bus depot, so neither downtown nor on the outskirts but the hotel was first rate in all regards.
Our only minor recommendations for improvement might be a) don't use the perfume air freshener in the room and b) turn the music volume down (or off) in the breakfast room. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Surprise gratification in Posadas

Although it is not central, it is next to the bus terminal and stands out for its modernity, clean Service friendly employees, better breakfast than a 5-star, even has a small pool

Great experience!!

We chose Hotel Batista for the good reviews that had already been posted here. I confess that when we arrived there, we were thinking that maybe we had wrong address, because the facade of the building is a small hotel and on the other side of the sidewalk there were some people sitting on the floor, others lying in the middle of clothes and bags, finally people visibly in a situation of social vulnerability. I mean, it wasn't a pretty street from downtown. But, to our surprise, as soon as we entered the hotel reception we already saw that everything was very beautiful, clean and organized. We were welcomed by receptionist Pamela, a girl's love, super polite and attentive. Another receptionist who also served us very well was Braian who indicated us to Pizzaria 40, an excellent dinner option. In the restaurant, with an extremely cordial service and a very tasty menu, we were served by the waiter Ramiro, super friendly and careful in the presentation of the dishes. On the other hand, I admit that the perfume they put in the room is very strong, the first night I had a bad time, I couldn't sleep right with respiratory allergy and headache. There reading reviews of people who have already complained about this same problem more than a year ago, I am sad to realize that they did nothing in this direction to improve the hotel environment. Even a receptionist told us that once a guest came to sleep on the reception couch because he couldn’t stand the smell of perfume from the room. Are our comments/criticisms/suggestions useless? Despite this "discomfort" we recommend the hotel primarily for the care with the cleanliness and the good services offered. One day we still intend to stay there again, but without the smell of perfume in the rooms, please!!!!!
