Expensive, but Worth Every Penny

An excellent hotel experience from beginning to end. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality towels, bed linen, amenities, furniture, and a large Smart TV. The view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water.
The lobby and common areas are elegant, clean, and always smelled fresh. The staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options.
The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and many of Mendoza’s main attractions.
It is an expensive hotel, but the quality, comfort, service, and overall experience fully justify the price.

Great location, bathrooms need updating, common areas luxurious.

The common areas are gorgeous. The bathrooms are dated. The temperature of the showers will suddenly go from perfect to scalding hot, and if you adjust the handle by 1 degree, it will suddenly be freezing cold. Rest of the room was spacious with reasonable storage options. Breakfast was just OK. Yogurt was runny. Staff were very nice about accommodating all of us to watch the World Cup.

Excellent stay and experience in the heart of Mendoza

We had an excellent stay and experience at the Diplomatic Hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room and consistently professional service throughout. Most of the staff speaks English which makes it easier for English speaking travelers for us.
The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to great restaurants and shops and is a common pickup and drop-off point for wine tours, which made exploring the region incredibly easy.
A refined, well-located luxury hotel and a great base for experiencing Mendoza. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, clean and up to date. Nice breakfast, spa and right in city center. Good deal for a long weekend. 100%recommended.

This hotel is simply FANTASTIC!
Perfectly located near Mendoza’s trendy Arístides and Sarmiento Streets’ restaurants, boutique wine stores, and bars. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, well appointed and very quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly.
We opted for the breakfast-included option and were impressed with the quality and variety of options.
We loved every minute of our stay.
