My super experience in Hilton Oleya

Hilton Oleya is the best choice if you want to experience the total satisfaction of yiur indulgence when it comes to food, and people personalized service you have to come here. Amal and Mylin makes our day far than excellent. Service with a touch of class.Food us superb in quality, taste and presentation. Hassan is manager that serves us with extra mile and regular check ins. Arshad is fabulous chef connecting whike preparing our orders and what else? We are ovewelmed. Thank you Hilton Oleya.

Good experience ☺️

Room is good, however, we had a bit of concern due to dust/fabrics coming from the linen. IRD and housekeeping are always fast and staff are polite. FO is very responsive and nice as well.
We had a great stay. ♥️

Great Hotel

I just spent 10 nights (August 2026) at the Hilton olaya. Great Hotel from the friendly staff at reception to Lucas in the restaurant I couldn’t fault my stay at the hotel. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank the reception team for the warm welcome and the housekeeping team — Rakib, Arun, Ananlhu, and Renu — for their excellent service and attention to detail.
The lounge service was also amazing, and the restaurant offered delicious food with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Lucas, who made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Hilton, for such a wonderful stay! I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely love to book with you again on my upcoming trips.

We arrived for check-in and found that the room assigned did not match the room type shown in our reservation. Our booking indicated one king bed and two twin beds, but we were initially assigned a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. The front desk explained that this was due to inaccurate room information displayed on the booking platform.
In addition, the first room had a noticeable smoking odor despite being designated as non-smoking. We sincerely appreciate the staff’s prompt assistance in relocating us to another room.
Unfortunately, the replacement room had a heavily frosted/blurred window, which significantly affected the view and overall experience. Given the premium rate we paid, the room quality fell below our expectations.
As we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel kindly acknowledged our request, which was a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated the complimentary light dinner, which was a nice addition to our stay.
