Where Hospitality Feels Like Home: My Centro Waha by Rotana Experience
What impressed me right away was the early check-in, something I truly did not expect but deeply appreciated after travelling. Abdulaziz checked us in with such a friendly smile and made the experience feel personal by using my name throughout our conversation. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference. Ahmed Fathalla also gave us a warm welcome in the lobby, engaging with us in such a kind and professional way.
The atmosphere at Centro Waha by Rotana is relaxed, calm, and friendly. Everyone we met was smiling, approachable, and ready to assist. It is the kind of place where you do not just check in—you feel genuinely welcomed.
Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. I really liked the room size and layout because everything was conveniently within reach, making the stay feel effortless and comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their hard work in keeping everything spotless and welcoming.
Deepu escorted us to our room upon check-in and personally checked if everything was in order, which was a thoughtful touch. Nasser also made sure our room remained clean and fresh throughout our stay. Their attention to detail truly made our experience even more pleasant.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There were plenty of varieties to enjoy, and the team made the experience even better. Nestor was amazing—when he learned that we were in Riyadh for a holiday, he kindly recommended tourist sites to visit and even guided us on how to use the Riyadh Metro. It was our first time trying the Metro, and it made exploring the city so much more convenient, fun, and memorable.
Overall, Centro Waha by Rotana is definitely worth considering whenever you are in Riyadh. Whether you are visiting for a holiday, a quick city escape, or simply looking for a hotel with a welcoming vibe, this property offers comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service. The experience felt relaxed, warm, and genuinely memorable—exactly the kind of stay that makes you want to come back again.
