Staff are helpful, rooms are clean & organized, finding the hotel was a bit tricky but I got there at last & will recommend staying in there, if you want to.

A friend and I had an unscheduled longer than expected stop over in Luanda and decided to book a hotel room rather than brave quite a few hours in Luanda’s dreary international airport.
The hotel is behind a tall wall and barbed wire, which gave us an indication of safety concerns in that part of town.
The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. It was late and we wanted something to eat. The only option options were very basic sandwiches prepared by the receptionist and these were rather costly for what they were, so we opted to brave the streets and go in search of a local restaurant. We were escorted to the restaurant by the hotel’s security man, which was nice.
We were to leave in the middle of the night, so I cannot comment on the breakfast served. The room was small, but clean. The furniture is dated and the whole hotel could do with an upgrade, but if you are looking for a place to crash for a day or two, this hotel might be an option.
There are lots of street workers in the area, so be aware when going out.
It is handy if you want to stay close to the airport, as it is a short 10 minute drive away.

Room was very hot the air condition doesn’t work.
The bathroom need more work
