Perfect ski stay
Very nice staff, friendly staff. Top class food, both breakfast and dinners with always appetizer, starter, main course and a magical desert table. Nice spa and close to everything. Steps to the lift and well planned ski room. We will be more than happy to return ❤️

Very good hotel ideally located
Exceptional stay!
Hotel ideally located at the foot of the slopes and close to all shops, making your stay particularly pleasant. The welcome is simply exceptional: a remarkable politeness, attention and kindness on the part of all the staff, especially the bosses.
Even the street-side rooms are perfectly soundproofed thanks to the double windows and double glazing, offering a very appreciable calm. The accommodations are ideally designed, especially for families.
Congratulations for your professionalism and hospitality. We have really found here the true values of tourism.

Bell hotel and good experience
Very spacious hotel, well located , in front of the ski lifts , mountain view , but not all rooms. Price quality is very good. We were for the second day of opening. Very pleasant staff. The valet accompanies you to the covered parking as many times as necessary. Half board is good. No mini bar in the room. We had a very spacious one and mountain view.

Disappointing experience – requires significant improvements
Our stay at this hotel was well below expectations, especially for a 4-star establishment. We made a reservation for a group of friends, distributed across several rooms. At the time of booking, we were offered an entrance to the spa as a courtesy.
Upon arrival, the reception could not find our reservation, which generated a first moment of confusion. When they finally found the reservation, we were introduced to the hotel’s services, including entrance to the spa at a cost of €14 per person. Only after we mentioned that this service had been offered to us at the time of the reservation, they confirmed that there was indeed an annotation in this regard.
We scheduled the visit to the spa for Wednesday, but at the time we requested the entrance to the spa, we were informed that, after all, the booking was made for Thursday, which generated unnecessary disturbance.
In addition, we found flaws in the cleaning service. In one of the rooms, after check-in, contact lenses that did not belong to us were found on one of the desk tables.
The experience at the restaurant was equally unsatisfactory. There were constant time restrictions due to the presence of a larger group, which limited our flexibility. At one of the dinners, we were served raw pork baked. When we requested a new panage, the restaurant manager went to our desk, cut the meat in the plate with our cutters and above us. He stated that it was not raw, but rather with "two different colors". However, half of our group works in the area of catering and we are fully aware that pork must always be well passed, regardless of the country where we are.
Another worrying incident occurred when an employee entered one of the rooms without knocking on the door. When he realized the room was busy, he left in a hurry, without any explanation or apology.
At the time of check-out, there was also a mistake in charging the values of tour fees and extra values that were wrong. Another misconception from the hotel management.
In addition to all these flaws, the attitude of some employees and especially the manager (the woman) was unhealthy and sometimes rude, which had an even more negative impact on our stay.
We have been staying in more modest hotels in Andorra, even in Pas de la Casa, and without a doubt, they all presented a much better service than this hotel.
We hope that the administration will take steps to improve the quality of the services offered, as, in the current state, the experience is far less than expected for a 4-star hotel.

5 days of skiing with friends and kids
This hotel is not a 4-star hotel by any international standards, it is more like a 2-star hotel which is quite outdated and the noice isolation is non existent. The personnel is friendly except for the manager (lady) who should really give a serious thought about her communication style. She started screaming to a 14 year old kid about something he was totally innocent to. There were several crazy incidents with this lady who seems to be quite unstable. We spoke to another group staying at the hotel at the same time and they also had some crazy incidents with this lady.
Then the food, we had the halfboard for our stay. The breakfast was kind of ok but not great. The dinners were mostly terrible and we did not eat some of the dishes (adding a picture of one of the appetizers). The fish was served raw on two occasions and when sent back it was never returned. With a steak knife I had a hard time cutting my steak as it was so terrible. I do not recommend selecting the halfboard at this hotel as the food is really bad (other guests we spoke to said the same). I actually do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive thing I can say about this one is the location.
