Short perfect stay
Very well placed (5 minutes walk from CALDEA and the city center).
Very good welcome (in French ) and good breakfast varied.
A real plus, the Pension's Underground Garage accessible contrary to some reviews and quite a decent Award. The place was issued to us before check in.

COMPULSIVE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS
The worst “hotel” we’ve ever been in, the room had to be double and was so small that it didn’t reach single, to open the closet you had to move the bed, to enter the bathroom you had to close the door cornering, 2 people could not enter. The walls were super dirty, the floor more of the same, the heating does not work and it was horrible cold, besides that they are not soundproof, because you hear absolutely everything, the cleaning woman at 08:30 in the morning banging cleaning and singing down the hall. When we complained the lies and the bad treatment by the staff started, they told us that it was impossible for the cleaning woman to bother us because it starts at 09:30 but I have photos that it is not, the room is perfect and the largest in the “hotel” and does not even reach the minimum measurements, a hotel lady who only appeared after complaining, insulted me for telling her that the room was not what I had booked. The other lord of the hotel with white hair only gives condescending answers and very ill-mannered, the solution they gave us was to go up all night to the room to solve the heating, obviously we did not want it, after not accepting that we had been scammed, the lady, who must clean the rooms, since she said that every day she checked them herself, that by the way, they enter your room daily without your consent, you do not have the option to indicate it, made us from the room in bad ways and without any education ensuring that I returned the money that they have so much left over, which they did not comply until I claimed on the platform.

Good hotel
Good hotel value for money. Good room, good breakfast, you can not ask more for this price. To put a but, I'd say the parking problems in high season. At 5 pm, your parking lot full and 30 min queue in the public parking lot opposite. A problem that is throughout Andorra.

Clean and fresh central hotel
Great location, friendly staff and clean fresh rooms. Walking distance to the center. However, very crowded garage but there are other parking facilities outside. We didn't have breakfast so we can't judge the food. Perfect for overnight stays and affordable.

Good, but….
The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are also perfect, you can really accommodate a comfortable person. The parking lot is horrible, small, angular, with complicated interior ramps, we almost brushed against the walls. But the most unpleasant thing is the man at the reception who explains the parking rules with an arrogance and arrogance that I haven't seen in a long time. Then they say that Andorra takes care of Catalan in the establishments, because the young girl at the reception changed us to Spanish when speaking to her in Catalan.
