It doesn't get any better!
I have been to many hotels now, but I have never experienced such a perfect service in every respect. Starting with the reception, who already had my details by signing up and immediately handed me the room card, to the service staff, who knew exactly what I was drinking (after placing an order the night before), to the food that could not have been better and more diverse.
Just great!

An unforgettable wedding celebration
A few weeks before the wedding we had an appointment directly at the hotel to discuss everything again. This conversation was pleasant, very friendly, goal-oriented and designed solely for our wishes.
No matter if food, drink, decoration, children's corners... everything has been clarified with us that nothing happens randomly but everything happens according to plan.
That has already taken a lot of stress out of the preparations.
The event itself could not be more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed. The staff (whether boss, cleaner, service, etc...) are all just brilliant. Always very close if you want something but not intrusive. And also here:
Nothing is a problem. Everything is doable.
The food was great.
This was also clarified in the preliminary discussion and was simply masterful. Every special request (allergy, intolerances, toddler food etc..) was fully taken into account and all guests could feast.
Basically, an employee was there and kept an eye on the schedule. That was also very pleasant.
When the celebration ended, we went to the rooms.
Great
Large, nicely decorated, nice little balcony and heavenly pleasant beds. Perfect for a danced-through evening.
On the night of tomorrow, a common breakfast was then for all overnight guests of our celebration.
Richly extensive and insanely delicious. You can have your favourite omelette fried right at the buffet. A beautiful conclusion.
A touching gesture at the end:
Since we did not meet Mr. Hirsch (he supervised us during the preparation) personally on the day of departure, he called us briefly the same day to ask again if everything worked out and we arrived home with a good feeling.
We are absolutely thrilled and cannot praise this location enough. Egal ob
