Ant infestation - stay away

They currently have ant infestation, so think twice if you want to stay there! I noticed two ants yesterday in the room, but was too tired to raise an alarm. This morning there was another ant in the cereal bowl, and in the evening the whole group marched out from the light switch through the bedside table. The lady at the reception tried to ignore the issue at first, claiming that that's normal in the summer, which is obviously not true, as these are not garden ants, but carpenter or odorous ants, and their presence on different floors proves a serious infestation. The receptionist tried to find another room, which proved impossible, as all twin rooms were booked. I need to admit it's the first time we have had any problem with this hotel network; so far, our experience with B&Bs in the UK and Italy has been good. The other issue is a dangerous electrical socket right next to the wash basin. It's not a low voltage shaver socket, but a standard socket for a hair dryer, not at the right high/location or right type (with the protective flap), which is extremely dangerous.

Simple hotel in a good location

The B&B Hotel Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt is simply and functionally furnished. The (single) rooms are clean and in good condition. However, the bathroom is already very small. I can recommend the breakfast - the small surcharge is worth it. The location of the hotel is great. Very easy to reach by public transport. The stadium can also be easily reached on foot from VfB Stuttgart.
Important: if arriving by car, the need for a parking space must be announced early (only a few, few places are available). However, there is a large, cheap public car park nearby.
The room prices probably fluctuate quite a bit - depending on the occupancy rate in the district Bad Cannstatt. Room rate up to about EUR 120 is fine - above that it's quite sporty or in my opinion not quite right price/performance.

Nice hotel at moderate prices

We needed rooms for a night that was close to the event we wanted to go to in the evening, the value for money should of course also be right and that was absolutely true of this hotel. We had booked 2 rooms and both were very clean. The rooms are functional and quite cozy. The breakfast is what you would expect in a reasonably priced hotel. I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness of the staff, both on the phone (even if it is difficult to reach someone at the WE) because of problems with booking I had to call before, but that is one thing for another review for another company), and on site. A parking space should be booked in advance and the charging stations described on the sign in front of the courtyard entrance la Österreich, are also not for everyone, but only for hotel guests who reserve them in advance. Opinions differ on what public means. But this is only marginally noted, we felt very comfortable.

Overnight stay for 4 days with my daughter...
Clean Hotel and Normal Welcoming.
The price unlike other hotels was very good.
Council for short sessions.
