As Americans traveling through Germany, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The night staff member was exceptional—he spoke excellent English, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how much room we had, and everything was well maintained.
The location was another big plus. The hotel is centrally located with grocery stores and several restaurants within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to grab food or anything else we needed.
The only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We understand that A/C isn’t common in Germany, so that wasn’t an issue. However, having a fan in the room would have made sleeping during the warmer weather much more comfortable. Another hotel we stayed at in Cologne provided a fan, and it made a noticeable difference.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. The friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location made this an excellent place to stay.

Lovely place and great food at the attached restaurant. Underground parking was fabulous as we had motorcycles.

very friendly staff, some parts of the hotel were a little tired but it had. a lot of character, gym had so much equipment.

Cashmere

The room was run down - bathroom old & dirty. The smell of an unpunched toilet blows into the room.
Smell in the room like in a retirement home.
Service personnel unable and untrained.
Inside pfui outside hui. Parking great.
But I have rarely booked such a bad and noisy hotel for an overnight stay. But better than staying in the car. Well...

Quite, nice large room with kitchen. Furniture and carpet show tear and wear. Bed was great.
Quite location, close to freeway.
Staff was forthcoming and kind.
I recommend this place.
