Highly recommended, would come back anytime.

A very nice hotel, the owners are very friendly, warm and accommodating. The rooms and the furnishings are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very appealing and plentiful - there are 2 restaurants in the hotel - also practical, there is a large parking lot - you don't need anything more :-) !!!!

Every now and then one finds it, the whitefly.

I was there because of the F.r.e.e fair in Munich. This hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the fair, in the morning you have to calculate the queues to enter the fair (which are the biggest problem for the last 650 metres).
The tree is run by the family, the owner is kind and attentive, despite the functional standard, everything is spot on and clean, the bathroom was splendid, the breakfast was inviting, including the quality of the juices (I drink tea, so I cannot comment on the quality of the espresso). Furthermore, the tea and espresso machine is turned on for free all day until late in the evening. I slept very well in total silence (I had taken the "comfort" single room), LED TV with two Rai channels, safe (which also contained a 15" laptop), plenty of electrical sockets, locker, desk. The floor made of carpet (everything very clean and well-kept, the whole has a pleasant atmosphere). A negative note is the lack of a lift, so the rooms at the top are suitable in my opinion only for people without physical walking limitations, and young people .
The rooms are locked, the keys and locks are of medium security and you have to think about locking once in the room because the doors also open from the outside when not locked.
Two car parks, one in front of the hotel, a small square behind. The quiet area.
With very few negative notes, this is truly a good option, the price-quality ratio is there, when you want to see Monaco or the fair without having to spend money on the room.
Eating: there is the Vietnamese restaurant (which seems super popular, it was full of people) and the take-away pizzeria directly on site. This does not cause problems such as noise or odor, everything is well separated and functional.
An excellent Bavarian restaurant 50 meters walk away (remarkable beer - Gasthof Stocker) where I ate pleasantly.
Upon arrival you also receive a welcome at check-in in the form of (your choice) a beer, peanuts or something sweet. Two bottles of water are included in the price. Water is also accessible next to the coffee machine.

The hotel itself was outstanding, but the location was not good enough. There are few bus services and even fewer on weekends. I took a uber from Grub station. However, on the last day when I was waiting for a bus to the station, the staff lady told me there was no bus on the day and took me to the station. Danke!

Amazing

Wow!!! Great service and nice room very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. For the Price you cant go wrong. Very good breakfast. amazing staff !!! Dont hésitante tout make a reservation. Near bus station and train station.

Fantastic

As a business we booked this hotel for our carpenters and labourers whilst working at the ICM in Munich. On their return, they could not rate this hotel enough. The staff and owners were fantastic. Unfortunately, they had left behind some clothes and the hotel were so kind and returned these to the UK to us Free of Charge. We could not have asked for a better service. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next time we work in Munich. Thank you Hotel Koniger - It was a pleasure staying at your hotel.
